okay, here goes:

race: water/ ice demon
appearance:

eyes:crystal blue, wears black make-up with a blue tint
hair: silver, mid-back length w/ blue tips
clothes: uniform, of course, but sometimes likes to wear this long black trench coat
overall: she's pale and rather skinny with multiple piercings in her ears. has really long legs and can run quite fast if the situation calls for it. usually has a rather stern or grave look about her face.
abilities: so far she can control the flow of water, freeze most things, create water (if there's enough hydrogen and oxygen around)
personality: she's very quiet and intelligent and thinks alot before she speaks. she is also confident in herself and, well, sometimes too much she can be fun and casual but when it comes to fighting, she is very serious. you can still feel this coldness about her as if she is hiding somethink dark and horrible from her past
bio: she comes from a"typical" family but barely ever sees her parents. she takes care of her younger brother who she envies for his carefree spirit.
