Life is the strangest thing ever...

One would think that as one continues to live, things are all good.
One would think that as one smiles and laughs, they are happy.
One would think that as one is active and playful, they are healthy.


I would think the opposite.
Some people are just good at masking what is really there.

We're like masters of the shadows -- no one really knows how deep the dark pools are that we carry inside of us. The darkness that was birthed from all the crap we've gone through -- the accumulated tears and holes and dirt made upon us by those around us and events that just occur by nature.

Everyday I just stare at people from behind the elaborate and perfect mask that I'm forced to wear in order to carry forward with the dreariness of life.

How the hell are you guys so happy and normal? Or are you all staring about behind masterpieces as well?

So as days go by and worsen with loneliness, one just simply begins to fade into the nothingness. All thought and care just seem to disappear.



Though a flicker of hope and spirit remains, it is no better than zero.
