i put my heart out on the fire
i can feel it slowly burning down
i could feel the heat devouring the flesh
a little later and it will turn black
a little more and it will be all gone
i could feel my hand turning numb
things will soon be all gone
the pain of being eaten from inside
will someone rescue before i'm gone
will someone put out this fire
i find no way to extinguish the pain
i put my heart out on the fire

the pain is making me wanna shout
i feel it scorching
hands are trembling
the great warmth that consumes from within
i feel my self getting burned
