Also, I was looking at the mod just a little bit ago and I saw you name and it made me smile. I once cooked cookies in the middle of the night, and when they were about done I shuffled one cookie around with a knife to see if it was done. I pulled the pan out but I was a bit wobbly with only doing it with one hand. A cookie fell down into the oven. I set the pan down and began looking for a spatula or some thing to pull it out. When I got pack it was on fire. I picked it up with spatula and I flung the flaming pastry into the sink.
