hey again! i kno im new and evrything but if ur reading this, wud u mind snding me a friend request plz? im trying 2 get as many friendz as possible right now. im a nice, easygoing person. ill do anything as long as itz fun! biggrin
on wednesday, february 24, rachel's challenge came 2 our schl. it literally changd my life. if u dont kno wut rachel's challenge is, let me explain. in the year 1999, on april 20th, rachel joy scott got shot @ columbine high schl. she wuz the first person 2 be shot out of 13 people. tht wuz the day the biggest schl shootings evr took place.
rachel scott wuz a wonderful girl. she believed tht evrybody shud be kind 2 1 another and bullying shud stop 4evr. rachel scott wuz 15 wen she died. the amazing part wuz tht she KNEW she wuz gonna die @ a young age. she had this inclination tht she wuznt going 2 live 4 a long time. so she kept journals and wrote unbelieveable
thingz in it. writing capable of a college student.
a couple weekz after her death, her father and brother were in her room reminiscing about rachel. they were moving her dresser wen they lookd on the back of it and they found she had traced her handz. inside them she wrote"these r the handz of rachel joy scott and will touch millions."
i wuz completely movd by this presentation. @ the end i cudnt hold it together and she strtd bawling. but try not 2 look @ the bad stuff. instead look on the bright side and c how this has benefittd our country. rachel's challenge has spoken 2 millions of kidz like u and me and has made an impact on all of their livez. if u r reading this, plz dont disgrace rachel's memory, go on in life by helping othrz and 2 realize how much better our world wud be. accept rachel's challenge!
