Yes it is true depression sets in and im down and out for the count. People tell to not focus on the past but how can you not? All i can think of is what i did wrong and why did i do the things i did. Darkness over comes me sometimes and I just dont know how to find the light again. Im slowly twisting and turning like im on a roller coaster. I have lost my mind so many times and insane im surprised that im alive and SANE, well for the most part anyways. Life has been soo hard, but yet i have such a good one. So like this song i cry a river and drown the whole world, meaning i bring people down when i get myself down and everything. And the next part well yeah haha thats my friends they love me when i smile. but ok just wanted to get this out there and yeah! I feel better smile
