personality; Denchu is a demon with a strong fascination for humans. He usually wanders around castle towns in hopes of finding someone interesting to capture and bring to his realm. Of course he lets them go after a while, he's not truly evil, but the people all live in fear or hatred of him. He has a very playful nature and doesn't worry about anything. For a demon, he can control his temper surprisingly well; it's not easy to anger him. Regardless of his reputation, Satsuki has taken a liking to him. They've become good friends.
