Mr. Coke really needs to get a clue. For about half the year I've been trying to keep people from talking down about him and had probably been the only one trying to help or support him or keep him from feeling rejected at our school, face it our students can be vicious. But today just pushed the bar for me. Apparantly its a major shock and has to be made a big deal about if I raise my hand to try to answer a question he kept saying "Except Acita(sp?), except Chan, except Mackenzie(sp?)...etc." so I raise my hand and then I start to say it wrong and 5 people around me start bagging on me that I'm doing it wrong. And when he does explain how I did it wrong he makes it seem like he's trying to explain astrophysics to an incompetent 5 year old. As nice as I've tried to be to Mr. Coke, I am sick of being put down by him and sick of him not really teaching a dang thing. Even Mr. Holland gets more out of his students - and everyone who has been taught under Mr. H knows how difficult it can be to understand him or read his notes since he writes so inelligable..why can't he just type out the notes and print them on the overheads! It's hard enough for us to decipher his writing but sometimes he even has to think about what he wrote..
