UPDATE: So I was a week off. Not bad, seeing as I made this prediction around May, right?

Ok, first of all this is all my midnight bordness. But, as I countinued my research, I came across so much more than I thought. Between the website below and TiVo, I actually came across an actual date! Hey, I was just looking for a time frame! But what I found.... omfg. I'm either a genius or an idiot. But right now, its all we have to go on.

When I was snooping around for more of season three's release date, I came across this site: http://www.tvshowsondvd.com/newsitem.cfm?NewsID=7629

If you skip down to paragraph 4, you will see that October 30th is in bold. Thats because October 30th is the release date for Book Three, Volume 1.

If it follows the tradition of the past release dates, then it is being released AFTER the season starts airing!

SO! We now (hopefully) have a time frame of when Book Three should air before. Does that make sense? It will air before October 30.


BUT WAIT!! THERE'S MORE!

On TiVo, I just realized they were re-airing the episodes again, in order. I know this has happened before, but (from my calculations) the last episode should air September 28! What if they are doing the final run-throughs leading up to Season three?

Because, if they show one NEW episode every friday after that, starting September 28, it would take five weeks and four days until they reach the DVD release date!!!!!!!




Because all that was pretty much rambling, here is a much simpler version:

I found a DVD release date for Season Three, Volume 1. October 30. It includes the first 5 episodes of Book Three, and if it follows the tradition of releasing the DVD AFTER the episodes have aired, you can figure Season Three will begin before October 30.

I was happy with that, but when I was programming my TiVo earlier, I noticed they were airing the episodes, starting with the Boy in the Iceburg, again. If you skip 40 episode, with 5 a week, you come to September 21. If they show one NEW episode every friday after that, the first 5 episodes will have shown 4 days before the DVD release date!!!!

ALL THE (my) REASERCH LEADS TO ONE DATE:

SEPTEMBER 28

AS THE SEASON THREE BEGINNING!!!

I know there are a lot of IFs in there. Maybe too many.

But then, maybe not. I just hope I'm right.
