Things have been hectic these last few weeks. I picked up my little piglet just this morning. I feel terrible that my studies interferred with our relationship already, but they were willing to keep him temporarily until I could get myself situated. You see, I 've been studying at the University to major in...something, I don't really know yet. But I live in a nearby house that was cheap because the previous owners couldn't sell it since no one liked the next door neighbors. It's a decent size house, so I set up a living space for him one of the empty rooms.
Well we're home now. Okay, the little guy needed a name. I considered pistachio, but that doesn't exactly roll off of the tongue. Snort, Squeak, and Curly seemed to common. So instead I set him down on the ground to observe him as he explored. He immediately ran around the entire yard, checking out every tree, leaf, rock, and of course, things to get into, namely the deck of cards I had left out on the bench seat. He nudged into the box and spilled cards everywhere. Heh, Swanny would be proud.Swanny's a very close friend of mine. We play cards on the weekends. Or at least we did before I got so busy. I miss him. At this point, my little piglet had moved on to eating the cards. Come Here, Swanny! I couldn't resist. He's just too cute. Oh, and the piglet too.
