I'm a Goddess! After kissing 50 people and obtaining 10 necklaces I finally reached my Goddess status at exactly 1:00am in the morning. In a strange way... I'm kind of proud of myself. Yet ashamed at the fact that if I had monitored the window so I kissed someone exactly every three minutes, it would have taken me three hours. But of course I was doing other things so it took me at least double that length. Nevertheless, I've completed my goal and I'm bitchin' tired so I'm going to sleep now. The summer is nearly over and so I have decided to upload my favourite sketches from the past month or so. Juliette Binoche I was watching Wuthering Heights and decided to practice my faces. Seth I wanted to practice faces again and found his picture lying around. Gypsy My favourite character in my Carnivale series. "A woman of exotic appeal and dances with the grace of leaves among the wind. She expertly eludes responsibility with a flit and a flutter and charms forgiveness into the hearts of whom she has failed." Horse I I drew the girl first then the horse the next day when we went to visit the horses. The yellow blob is me screwing around with unmixed oil paint. This was also my first time drawing horses (excluding stick-figures). Horse II Together, this and the next picture took about ten minutes to sketch. Colour added on Photoshop. I can't change my bloody avatar because then I lose my mouth and I have to choose one of the new ones. The new ones aren't bad, but I like this one! Fing crap on a stick. For sure once our contest ends I have to give up my mouth which could become a pretty wicked-awesome souvenir in a not-so-distant future. ......... I woke up today feeling very angsty-tortured soul-like and I began this new concept in my mind of a scrapbook-type story. It's a series of my exploration into my soul and embarking onto a journey of discovering my own talent. I've forbidden the use of anything erasable and I make vague outlines in blue pencil crayon and then go over them immediately with Sharpies and the like. I have my characters down-pat already: the Ring-master, the Bearded Lady, the Gypsy, and the Spider. I think I might scan them in sometime soon. It's by far the most impressive thing I think I've ever done but that's just my opinion because I'm getting into some really deep stuff and figuring myself out. I would like to go out and buy some serious materials such as watercolours, acrylic paint, copic markers and the like and start adding in some colour. For now though, I'm content playing with what I've got and testing my boundaries. Already I'm more happy with the results than I've ever been. ......... Yay! Don't I look hawt? x3 I got new hair, a new skirt and borrowed wings from my darling Streppy. I was going to buy a pair of my own but then I realized I only had like 30k left. D= So I was sad and bought an 8000g skirt instead... even though there was one for 3k cheaper and almost an exact replica. This is the first time I've ever gone for an article of clothing on Gaia simply because of it's association with "rich-bitches". I feel like I just prostituted my wardrobe or something.
