We are 25 days into 2022 and before today, I'd say I was doing pretty well as far as a positive attitude and taking care of myself.
Today I suddenly feel so sad and unmotivated.
I'm not expecting myself to do a lot, but I feel disappointed that I'm not out there grinding.
I am doing what I can.
I am doing what I can.
and that's all I can do.
If we weren't in a pandemic, I'd say, "HEY! YOU CAN CHANGE"
But this pandemic changes things unfortunately. It gives me an excuse to stay put in a place.
Do what I can. This feeling shall pass.
