Today was the Ren Faire field trip. I was so excited about a week ago, but this morning I just couldn't help but think it was bad timing.
See... the thing is- my favorite teacher ever, Ron Gonshak, passed away Monday night.
I loved him, we all did. He was very special in my heart... one of the best teachers I've ever had. I miss him so much already.
His funeral service is this Friday and we're being released from school at 10 in the morning so any students that want to go can. Because we go to school on Fridays at 9 anyway, there's only going to be a single hour of school. Normally we'd all be happy, but I just don't see how that's possible in a situation like this.
What I hate the most are the teachers that reguard his death as nothing but an inconvienence to them. I feel like throwing rocks at them. Or better yet, since I got home from the Ren Faire today, we should throw tomatoes at them. I hate tomatoes.
