A million words could never explain
The depth of my emotion,
For you. The amount of reflective pain
That we endure for one another.
The complete and utter sheer devotion
That you have for my withered soul.
I'm the heart of fall, orange or brown,
I'd break should the wind blow.
I hold on, staying close to my home,
The tree I fell from, where I should be safe.

It's the soul of that boy,
Who walked over me, but.
Let me feel a bit of love, as he kicked up,
The leaves enjoying himself.
But when he was done I was left,
Torn. Broken. Not even really there.
