You should hear the names the voices in my head are calling you.
Um....I don't update much, if I get a hankering for writing, this is where it goes. I write about my characters who, if you want to know more about, can be found here...: www.Mad-Jester356.Deviantart.com
His Higness
"Turn about slowly demon, you have been surrounded. Any attempts at escape will lead to your untimely death" A voice called over the thundering of the oceans waves.
The water felt so suddenly cold as Shonasha forced himself to turn about and face the group of uniformed lupnians armed with spears and arrows. He forced his voice calm and cool as he spoke,"If Luphana truly wills me to die here then it is not untimely at all."
A few soldiers murmured remark to partner. A demon that spoke of their god, indeed. Others marveled at the easiness the Lupnian language spilled from this foreiner's lips. Idiots. Shonasha thought to himself. They did afterall speak the language expecting me to understand.
A young man, preferably the one in charge due to the ornaments of his uniform, hushed them before looking to Shonasha and speaking to him, "You have illegaly crossed the border Shito. Step forward onto the sand here so this incident can be resolved quickly."
His tone was bored and he said the phrase in practiced form of routine. Little does he know that this is no ordinary visit he has here. Shonasha thought as he forced himself against the waves onto the sand and into the ring of soldiers. He comtemplated a means of escape but decided against it, such foolishness would only make him look suspicious.
When Shonasha reached the center, the young soldier spoke again. As he spoke Shonasha noticed how his sun bleached hair waved in the sea breeze as his blue eyes looked of the demon for any sign of a threat. As the mans tone became bored Shonasha, with half his attention focused on the words, examined the medals and emblems upon the man's uniform. The royal crest sat ablaze in gold on his chest.
Refraining now from listening, Shonasha struck a deep bow, "Nimbus Hesoma, crowned prince of the chair of Lupnia what an honor it is to meet you" There was surprised silence.
Nimbus stiffened, then said in a voice thick with covered malice,"Commander Hesoma," He corrected, "Stand up"
Shonasha hid a smile as he stood straight again. The prince remains angry over his lose of the throne. Understandable, but it is a flaw that could become a danger to him.
"State your name and business within our bounderies before we decide to kill you" Nimbus said, obviously still offended by Shonasha's gesture.
"Shonasha Shonojo, son of Sonolol Shonojo, slave and runaway of King Totsu Tsinigani of the Honogi, previously Lord Totsu, and adopted son of Lord Hosingi Hojiri." Shonasha observed them throughout the reciting of the long title and noticed the uneasiness caused by the name of the demon king, "I am here under direct call of Her highness Cato Hesoma crowned princess of Lupnia, you sister. I admit being far later then she requested" He had bowed his head as he said this and raised it to find Nimbus' face awrite with malice.
"Chain him" Nimbus commanded, "Hohiri and her majesty dwell within the city, lets test Lord Shonasha's story"

Shonasha quickly found himself shackled and paraded on a horse surrounded by soldiers through the city. Demon catches must have become a normal thing for no one seemed to notice the caravan. Those who did looked at Shonasha with a deep loathing he had become used to, a few seemed apt to throw their days shopping at him, if of course they hadn't spent so much coin to get it.
"Commander" A youth in the front said quietly to Nimbus sitting astride the horse next to him. He looked at Shonasha who had begun listening more intently and lowered his voice, "I'm sure that Lady Cato has told us to be weary of this Shonasha Shonojo, has she not?"
"She has" Nimbus agreed, "But such a story can easily be listened to and remembered, let's see if Miss Cato believes it is him"
"Yes sir" The soldier answered.
What could have happened to make the Lupnians so untrusting. Shonasha thought as he looked around the city with what he hoped was a bored, but not too haughty of an expression.

The caravan reached the stone castle in due time. As he looked at the castle, he hoped the soldiers did not mistake his shiver for that of fear, this castle just resembled one he had known quite horribly once upon time.
The group spilt into a much smaller one, many returning to their duties upon the open fields. The prince and a few of his lower ranking soldiers remained as well as a man Shonasha had yet to notice before. A royal guard, Shonasha presumed from his garb and the way he followed the prince like a shadow. No wonder he wadn't noticed him before.
They continued through one of several servant entrances that started a flow of memories flowing back to him. He found himself stopping once to help a young girl pick up pieces of broken china. Without thinking he began singing a little spell used for prey, "Umn leo le shito le shito le shito, umn leo le shito le shito de nare." When Nimbus turned around to see the girl's blank expression he hollared for her to be removed at once and dragged Shonasha onward. The demon felt suddenly sick after that.
They continued on more quickly, Nimbus yelling many times for woman to be removed from areas they entered. As they entered a hallway of doors, Shonasha wondered whether he would really be seeing the princess. This was answered as Nimbus threw open a door, pushed him inside and followed by himself despite the protest on the other side.
Shonasha settled into a plus armchair and eyed a servant who began throwing wood on the fire until Nimbus, seeing that she was there, cast a quick look at Shonasha and then bellowed for her to get out. She exited rather flustered through a secret door behind a tapestry. Shonasha was still staring at the place where she had gone when he noticed Nimbus' stern gaze on him.
"I wasn't going to eat her" he stated, avoiding the eye of the prince.
"You are a shito, I take no offense that that is what you are born to do" The prince said calmly.
"I am not so cold hearted that I should any innocent woman despite what you believe" Shonasha yelled rising from his chair, "Some people are born into what they don't want to do, your higness" Shonasha added coldly.
Nimbus drew his sword, holding the point to the demon's neck, "I suggest you calm down before I am forced to go against my sister's wishes."
"You are not afraid of me. You think I will be an obedient little demon scared by the blade of your silly sword. You expect me to hide away in the corner like the servant I am, or be the weak wolf that rolls to his back for you to take my throat. Or maybe," A malicious gleam now entering his eyes, "Shall I be still and let you have your way with me?"
Nimbus stared at him in stern inquiry as Shonasha fell to his knees with his hands clasped together, "Is this better your highness, or do you preferred to be called master? Or maybe there's something else you'd like to be called during your sick moments of lust."
"Stop it!" Nimbus shouted bringing the hilt of his sword upon Shonasha's face, "You don't know of what you speak"
"We're not that very different Nimbus, you and I. I was born with a desire to feed upon the woman's flesh, a desire I want not. And you, cursed with an incubic nature. Do not be surprised that I know this, afterall, any demon can recognize another by scent. You did so unknowingly when you called me Shito."
Shonasha watched as Nimbus fell into one of the chairs in the room. He sat quietly for a moment, then without looking at him spoke, "Cato said their was prove, markings to identify you by"
"Release my bounds and I will show you some of them" Shonasha said as he stood and held out his chained wrists.
Nimbus sighed as he brought out the key and unlocked the shackles. Shonasha then removed, without hesitation, a layer of robes covering his torso. He was pale and the firelight danced on his skin covered with lengths of bandages. Nimbus turned away slightly as he saw small scars shimmering on the skin. Shonasha unwound the bandages to reveal a large circular pattern across his stomach. Lines etched in specific places told a tale to all that new the code. "I got this from killing a woman, or so I've been forced to believe"
He looked at Nimbus who said, "It's exactly what she told me you would say."

In the end.
This is the very end of my third book within the trilogy I'm writing. It centers around Balkar, a young Lupnian who lives on earth and is plagued with tragedy. His earthling girlfriend died of AIDS which he now has. He later finds that his soul is attached to that of a reincarnated demon(Anyatsu) that in his previous life wiped out all but one of the gods. He's come back to do it all over again. This is the ending, Kira was his girlfriend, and just so this makes a bit of sense at the one part, she's Christian. Yea...ok enjoy and I hope you'll read my books one day.

Balkar looked out over the cliff it the expanses of ocean before him. The wind pressed gently on his back and Balkar could tell Anyatsu was staring at him. He looked down to the beach where he could just barely see his brother out on the surf and looking onto the sand, his mother and father watching the waves.
"Kira and I used to come here all the time, she used to call it 'The bridge to Heaven', but I come here and I still don't feel any closer to her." Balkar said more to himself then anything.
"Why don't you go find her then," Anyatsu stepped up next to him and motioned over the cliff, "The world needs less romantic saps like you"
Balkar laughed bitterly, clearing the hurt that had welled up in his throat. "What reason do you have to hate humanity so much?"
"I don't hate them, this is my purpose in life. I was born to kill those unworthy people who have lost faith in their original creator. My feud isn't even with the people on this planet, Earth. I am here to kill the Lupnians, the Jagerians, and on the farther borders of the galaxy a small planet that house a race called Clutomi, and the Fenon. Shall I go on?"
Balkar shook his head, and turned away from the cliff. There was laughter echoing up from the waves of the beach. Even so high up, they could still be heard. Even this could not distract a string of words running through Balkar's mind. He recited them perfectly over and over in one of the deep caverns of his thoughts where even Anyatsu was not listening; even he would not see what was coming.
He turned his head slowly to see Anyatsu standing unmotionless as he stared out over the water. Balkar let out a long slow breath and steadied himself. In a single liquid movement he had turned around and placed his palms on the demons back uttering of magic, "Umoveara atalk sieth akmonot" The words streamed like solids through his throat and tingling magic ran through his arms and out from his finger tips.
Anyatsu stared back through blank eyes. Magic poured through the blood mark that bound his soul to the heap of metal and wires that he really was. The blood of Ami, Mona, and himself that had connected him and gave him his strength.
His teeth were clenched as he pressed his palms aganist the rigid body and pushed it over the edge of the cliff. Balkar backed away immediatly, not waiting to see the results. Without another thought he turned away and began walking away from the edge until something snagged his ankle. Time seemed to slow as Balkar viewed the writhing black mass the clutched and circled around his ankle.
All at once he was yanked from his feet and pulled back to the edge. His feet cleared the side, then his knees, then his face glimsped a green blur as grass flew past his face. Just as fast is it began, it stopped and he realized that he was now clutching the edge with one hand, his knuckled white from the exersion.
Chancing a look down he saw the black mass was pouring out of the humaniod shell. A beastlike shadow with flaming eyes was crawling up towards him. He closed his eyes throwing the other hand up to the edge, and in the darkness behind his eyelids, found himself falling. Not into the sea and rock below, but almost in an upward motion as if back through time.
Balkar's feet rooted on ground and he opened his eyes to find not the cracked earth of the cliff, but a courtyard. Students mingled about around him within the courtyard of a brick school and there was a fragrance of summer on the air as he stood beneath the shadow of a cherry tree. A pink blossom fell on his shoulder, and that was when she spoke.
"I'm going to wait for you Balkar." A liquid smooth voice said, and he looked down to match it with the pale face surrounded by amber curls. She looked up at him in heavily lashed hazel eyes, "When I get to heaven I mean, or rather purgatory I guess. God promised me a place in eternity where I could be with all his disciples, but I'm not going if you won't be there. I'm going to wait for you and we're going to be together. Besides...I don't really believe in Hell anyway"
Balkar looked at her softly. She looked so healthy and alive, but he knew deep down somewhere that this was the past. Kira was not alive. Somewhere he knew that he should be falling right now. A few more words of magic whispered through his ears.
A scream pierced the air and he was pulled back into his body where he was struggling to hold on to the edge. He lowered one of his hands and held it faceing the black being that was now holding on to his foot. Balkar knew though, that he coulnd't do it like this. Reaching within himself, he forced himself to let go of the ledge. Turning in the wind, he lowered his palms and shouted, "Neothanine felacnar!"
There was a blinding light then a sickening crack as the body hit the rocks below. For a moment, Balkar feared for his life, but he remembered Kira, and he stretched out his arms in a graceful dive to death, welcoming the rocks beneath him.

I may add a little more eventaully to explain his families reactions, but, not right now.

The Awakening
Another piece of story, a different story, but a story none the less. Taking showers is inspirational, or atleast it gets rid of distractions so that I can piece everything together.

Balkar reached the top of the steps and found the reason behind his quickened pulse and the weariness within his body. A battle was being unfolded in his field of vision. Anyatsu, with quick fluid movements, was dodging the attacks of the god Hontomoro. The look of fury upon the god's powerful features was explained by the crumpled heap that, Balkar was sure, was Hontomoro's wife whom he had seen earlier.
The pain that Balkar felt simmer through his bones was clearly visible on Anyatsu's face who appeared to be weakening. The demon's spell from earlier however, gave Balkar such a dull outlook on the situation that he couldn't register the fact that Anyatsu loosing this battle would mean both of them dying. In fact the idea of dying seemed almost a relief to him, atleast then he wouldn't have to deal with such difficult thoughts that kept sending his brain buzzing in a kind of impatient fury.
Anyatsu seemed only to be doing worse as time progressed and every wound inflicted added to the thudding aches that Balkar already felt from the linking of souls. A dull tremor shook through his bones as Anyatsu went sprawling across the floor. He watched with an almost nonexistant interest as Hontomoro reached forward and grasped Anyatsu by the neck with a powerful grip. Balkar gasped as a pressure copnstricted his throat. Thoughts suddenly flooded his mind as if breathing had made thinking all but impossible.
I have to do something. Balkar thought as he fell to his knees holding a hand to his throat as if he would tear it out just to relieve the pressure. I will die like this if I don't.
The world will die if you do not do something. A voice not his own achoed within his mind over the buzzing of a million colliding thoughts. Save Mother Earth from Her People
All at once the pain wafted away, and it was if it was noexistent, or Balkar was himself above it. He felt himself almost untangible and with this strange sensation came a whole new few of the world around him that passed by in seconds that felt like hours.
He could now sense, more then see the light surrounding him and it was if he could see every fiber of being around him and could, if he pleased peer into the bodies within the room to look into it's very pores and the interworkings of the body. A feeling begged him to look, though the sensation was more like focusing onto one of the many details around him, at a blue mist before him. Blue however, seemed more a general term than a name set to a color. he realized without knowing how that the mist before him was two being, Ami and Mona. But, something was wrong.
He sensed a sudden terror in the smokey fibers and saw minipulated upon their sufaces faces twisted into silent screams. Balkar became all at once aware of a dull pain that shattered through his body, intangible as it may have seemed. Shocked into awareness, he studied himself and realized that what should have been was lying crumpled on the floor and he found himself to be a blue spector and realized his state of being.
Balkar became dully aware of his ability to look from to different postions, through the limited eyes of his weakening body and in the unsurapassed sight of everything. Without a second thought, he forced his intangible self, though he knew not how, into the contours of his solid body until they were once more, one being.
The essence of time suddenly returned as a scream penetrated his ears and the two blue spectors that had pushed themselves from Anyatsu's body shot up through the ceiling as faint blurs. Wings slid from the Anyatsu's back and Balkar felt a dull throb on his on back as blood trickled from consecutive spots. Hontomoro was suddenly thrown back by a wave of power that sent the god sprawling onto the ground. As blood leaked from the being's body Balkar found himself overcome with exhaustion and collasped to the floor, barely aware of Anyatsu soft foot steps.
Without a word Anyatsu seized Balkar up and stood him on his feet, taking one of his arms to support him. "Speak Balkar, this is not the place to succumb to weariness. I need to know you are still here" The voice was somehow different, deeper and more harsh, yet still tinged with kindness.
"What is happening?"
"It is a long story but I will tell you once we've returned to safety, come along now" He walked forward, half-carrying Balkar as he went.

I'm bored.
A little scene that's been floating in my head for a while between my main protagonist Shonasha, his adoptive brother Hotaro, and a bunch of stupid thugs. Oh yea, and Shonasha's adoptive father who currently doesn't have a name, I just call him Senpai and for now, so does everyone else.

"I wonder where Shonasha has run off to, I sent him off hours ago to pick somethings up from the market" Hotaro was saying to himself as he stepped down one of the cobblestone streets leading into town. he was evidently searching for his brother who recently couldn't exactly be trusted going into the market place without causing some kind of trouble.
Maybe it was by some miracle that at that time, Shonasha came running round the corner clutching the seldom used sword at his in hopes that it wouldn't fall out of it's sheath.
"Shona....sha" Hotaro said as the young man ran right past him and further down the street.
"Run Hotaro, hurry" Shonasha yelled back to his brother.
Without a word he took chase after him and quickly caught up,"Not that I mind a good sprint now and then, but I wouldn't mind knowing what in Flamoya's name we're running from."
Shonasha chanced a look behind him and then pointed back,"Them"
Hotaro shook his head as he looked back to see five men chasing them, all looking furious, "What in the world did you do Shonasha?"
"Well you have to understand brother, please don't be mad at me, but I was at the perfect angle and I had some lovely tomato's in hand and everything"
Hotaro stopped and aquired a gaze similar to the men still following them, "You pelted them with tomato's, what on earth were you thinking? How could you be so reckless, so irresponsible"
"Live life to the fullest ay Hotaro" Shonasha said with a nervous laugh, "Now if you want to yell at me some more, I ask that you do it while you run" He said grabbing his brother's arm and running on.
"I can't believe this, out of all the people Senpai could have picked up off the streets, he had to pick you. I could have had a smart and sensible sister, but no, I get stuck with you" Hotaro said as trotted on.
"Oh well I love you too Hotaro"Shonasha said before looking up to see the massive gates he was used to looking out off, "Well this is our stop"
"Up and over it is then" Hotaro said looking behind his back at the fuming when behind them.

Yea, that was fun.

Fluxx
Boo.. time for my random journal entry. Yes, in school the stupid Sophomores are taking a test, so in my first block class, for a half an hour there are only three people from the original class in there, and nothing to do. So that's me Rachel and Preston, sitting in class with nothing to do except...DA DA DA DA play fluxx! For all you people who have never Fluxx, it is the most sddicting card game ever. You get all these funky keeper cards, like Toaster, Rocket, chocolate, and Milk. Then you get there crazy goal cards like Hyppism(sp I know) where if you have peace and love then you win. Also you have the evil rule cards. You start out with draw one play one and sometimes you'll be drawing five and playing two, or drawing three and playing all depending on what rules are in play. It's soooo much fun but I'm not very good at it. sweatdrop I won three out of seven times.

Things to do, places to see, people to eat.
Um....Hi...again. I was getting bored with my old entry and decided to write a new one. Maybe I should do some chracter profiles or something. Too bad I don't feel like it write now. I'm gonna watch the birthday cake challenge on the food network. Yes I sometimes watch the food network...and drool.
"You don't want a miracle from me, you'll probably end up dead"
"But he's already dead"
"Oh, well then let's have a look at him"
