Being in love is both a blessing and a curse at times.
A blessing to be loved, held, supported, admired, adored.
A blessing to be taken care of by someone whos there for you and you alone.
A blessing to be cherished by one person and to cherish that one person.
A blessing to have a life with a true friend and partner.
A blessing to know each others little secrets.
A blessing to see each other day in and day out and know they are there.
But its a curse.
A curse to love someone that you can never see.
A curse to pine for that one that said 'I love you.'
A curse to have them swept away from you and leave you waiting.
A curse to know where they are and not be able to go there.
A curse to dream of that 'happily ever after' and then find out its not so happy after all.
A curse to find the one you've longed for and discover its all for naught.
Being in love is both a blessing and a curse at times.
For me its a blessed dream that is only a curse.
