It's decided .. the journal continues here!
I'm tired! I'm working 12 hours a day - 7 days a week. I know it's my decision, and it wont be for long but I am sooooo tired! Only 2 more weeks then I can ease off a bit! The restaurant is doing really well - thursday, friday, saturday and sunday we are full - all day and night!! I cant take any more bookings for about 3 months!!! Staff levels are great - superb team now!! I love going to work, we do have fun but ..... yeah you know .... I'm tired!!!!
I've been checking the feedback for the restaurant today - the only complaint seems to be that people can't get a table! I'm thinking of taking on another chef, just to take the heat off the kitchen (no pun intended!). I think it might help long term. I spent a long time talking to Chris (head chef) yesterday, and he isn't too keen .... I think he's being a bit girly!! I think he's scared a second head chef will steal his thunder! Anyway, I'm going to get another chef, we need it and Chris will have to stop being a drama queen! The new tablecloths are amazing!! Manga drawn cloths!! I've put one on my dining table at home and the kids love it!! Hubby kind of rolled his eyes but ....... !!
I've gotta go school uniform shopping at some point too ..... might do it next monday. 3 kids .... 3 lots of crap!!
Right ... time me and Lucy went to work!!
