Two reflecting poems with 2 entirely different moods. Which one is portrayed better? ^.^
Positive
Remember those who hold you.
Embrace them, never putting them aside;
Because that love is true,
A rule; forever to abide

Never give up on your dreams,
Darkness covers the night,
Never to be deceived; with life as it seems
as the light shines through.

We all sit down and weep,
Wanting to escape this madness.
To be set free from all this sadness.
Wanting to understand this torment.

We live in such a cold world;
Dying slowly, even as we live.
And when passion’s lost. . .
Even the hells will turn to frost

Negative
Pain, as if we’ve never felt before,
Tears, as if we’ve never known,
Out of breath, we seek a way to stand again.
Bleeding now, destruction’s all I see.

The skies were dark, hatred everlasting,
We have no heart, Love never lasting,
Our minds were stopped, taken by society,
With only one thing to spare, Soul ever drastic.

I want to know, why has everything felt so far?
Even the moon, knows the end is soon.
Yet, I want to love, Why am I so untouchable?
I want to feel, why has my life been so unreachable?

These wounds will never heal,
How can this life be so real?
These scars will never seal.
My pain, no one will ever feel.
