Wow, I haven't updated this in a while. ~ But as of recent I have discovered aggrotech, a genre of music that incorporates a dark electronic feel with highly distorted vocals sometimes similar to the vocals of black metal groups.
I absolutely LOVE it, personally! biggrin
Some groups I think are especially good within the genre are:

Psyclon Nine
Nurzery [rhymes]
Panzer AG
Alien Vampires (less so)
Amduscia
Dawn of Ashes
