Sometimes I just want to stab my soul,
With the most painful of steels.
So hard I'll just let my heart bleed out everything that this place has done to me.
I'd let it scatter across this place,
Only so I could rub it in,
How I'm finally gone.
Except,
I never do.
I won't ever do such a thing.
Only because I believe I won't have to.
I'm paying a price now,
For something that will come later.
Maybe I'm dumb for believing this,
But it's how I can make it through...
