The morning sky erupted in a sea of colors. Hues of Pink, purples and orange driving Back the dark blue of the following night. Ahyza sat amoungst the branches and watched the day begin. She basked in the warming glow for a few moments before she even noticed she was being called down from her tree.
"Ahyza, If you don't come down now you will miss any prey you had hopes of catching." The burly voice comanded. Her gold eyes glared down to the old wolf before climbing down to the forest floor.
"For the goddess's sake Sarn. Can't I just enjoy the sunrise once without being interrrupted." She brushed back a srtand of silver hair as she gathered her weapons she had left.
"You said you wante to hunt this morning. I'm simply reminding you, halfing, that its easier to catch the nocturnal once as they are going to nest."
Ahyza growled at the wolf when he called her by her nickname. She didn't need to be reminded of her half elven/human heritage. her hair colr and ear were enough of one. But he was right of course. He always was. And worst of all he knew it. They set off through Terestai, for what ever prey that may be about.
