biggrin Today was a good day. redface 3nodding

I finally got out of my 3 or four month writer's block. At least last night I did. I wrote a poem biggrin It's kind of dark and creepy and my mom was worried cause she thought that it all just came out of my head (cause there are some demon like creatures that were kind of inspired from the books I've been reading) so yeah the creatures aren't really straight from my head but then they're not completely from the book because I haven't gotten far enough in the book to know exactly what they do sweatdrop Ah! that was confusing gonk stressed lol anyways here it is:

Dark whispers spread about the land
Though most do not hear them
I am one of the few who can
I've tried so hard to block them out
But they only seep deeper into my mind
Whispers of hunger, despair, of tempest, pestilence
And of terror
In the night my dreams are haunted by these etheral beings
They surround and taunt me, smiling demonically
Their shining eyes mesmerizing
As their laughs are carried by the gentle night breeze
They slowly close in about me
I can feel my breath slowing...
My heart failing
'How could this be happening?' I wonder
As I feel the last of my breath stolen from me
My vacant body falls to the ground
I have failed
These demons have won
But I am just the first soul lost
And because of my failure
The rest of the world shall suffer

I hope you guys liked it. It probably isn't really that great but to me it is because it is my first piece of work in forever! biggrin xd I'm so happy! heart

Woot! Yesterday was so much fun! After school Alexz, Amanda, Cat, Kelly, Kylie, Justin and I all went to round table for food. Then All of us (except for Alexz. he had to go home) went and saw "Just Like Heaven" ? I think that was what it was called. It was a good movie 3nodding Yep it was. Then we went to Starbucks and sat and talked for a while. Then I had to leave cause I laready had plans to goto Devon's birthday party. That was fun too. Yep! Fuz was there, and Kevin and other people that I know 3nodding It was fun. Yesterday was a good day. 3nodding biggrin xd

Yesterday was the Walnut festival and FLAGS WON FIRST PLACE!!! woot! eek xd 3nodding heart rofl 4laugh It was great and I had so much fun. Alos the letters placed third, the band placed third, and so did the drum major so everyone placed! Yay! We have another football gamethis friday plus we get out of school early. then this saturday we have the delta band review at Antioch high so hopefully well do just as well if not better there. biggrin
