so silly. my mom is so sensitive... i am too. i guess she's where i get it from. however, i really hate that characteristic of me.. and my mom. sometimes, when i'm just trying to get the facts, i end up getting an award winning dramatic performance.. i suppose i give them too. i'm really trying to cut back though.
for example, my sister just bought her first car with my biological dad's money. he hasn't really been a huge part of our lives until relatively recently. now he's helping us out financially and being more of a dad.. etc. and it's really nice to have the gap filled i must add. however, my stepdad, who my father hates just registered the car in his name.. and my sister and i were kinda wondering why that would be if she could easily have it in her name. we didn't think the cards would be against her *too* much by way of insurance.. so when we tried to talk to my mom about it she got really defensive and went on and on and on about how our step-father has supported us throughout our lives (which we know and are greatful for). her reaction made us suspicious that something was going on.. that maybe they were going to use my sister's car while she was at college.. which really wouldn't be very honest of them... it would be like my dad giving my mom and step-dad 3,000 dollars to buy a car... which didn't happen.. and my dad would hate if my step-father were using the car regularly that was meant for heidi.
anyways, we just wanted to find out why the car wasn't put in heidi's name ... plain and simple.. but it turned into a soap opera. but it's definitely very easy to get upset when you suspect that your own children distrust you.
