I can't believe how long it's been since I've been on Gaia and posted a journal. It's like a total blast form the past. So much has changed, not just on the site but in my life. I would have never imagined when I created this account that this is where I would be 3 years after graduating high school. I could never have imagined a failed engagement, a stalker ex, and one awkward random hookup would lead me to the most fantastic man I have ever met and had the privilege to fall in love with and the beautiful Nerddom of LARP. Consequently, it was even people I met in this nerddom that lead me back to Gaia. Now I have something to do in my spare time that is enjoyable and includes some human interaction for when my schedule clashes with that of my friends. Couldn't imagine a better turn out!

Life is a crazy thing. The only way to survive intact is to forego your sanity before it is ripped away. Don't take things so seriously.
