Blah... I'm sick... My sinuses are inflamed... I'm leaving a snot rag trail... I just feel whole heeps of s*t. and here's a short schedule of my classes: 1st period- algebra 2 lab (worksheet class) 2cd period- Diagnostic Medicine (yah... I can't spell. but the class is taught by a nurse and the class next to it's taught by a nurse too- this adds to the iorny of my perdiciment) 3rd period- Theater Arts (public speeking or free class because it's full of crap work) 4th period- World History (you actually didn't need to know that... but I just put it there.) Well that's all the preamble... On to my day at school. First period- did worksheets... felt like crap, but nothing earth-shaddering... Second period (where the "fun" happened.) We were watching HOUSE... some TV medical drama type thing... I was the person who fast-forwered throu commmercials because I was the closest and I'm just nice that way... Now... that class is COLD... like 56F or 13C so if you get hot in there there's something wrong with you... I'm uncomefortable and I look for a place to put my head... but hey, these are school desks- NOTHING's comefortable... And I'm getting hot... so I get my pass-thing for school and go walk up to the teacher and ask if I can go to the office to call home... She offers the phone in the room adjoining her and the other nurse- so I go there instead... I call my grandparents because my mom and dad are at work and I tell them to "please come get me." My grandfather asks what's wrong and by this time I'm nausious so I tell him I'm about to puke and abandon the phone for a nice, steel trashcan... So... I'm sitting with a trashcan half as big as I am between my knees with both arms on the rim and I dryheave once... A person came in and asked me if I was alright... She tried to pick me up to get me out of the room and pressed her hand on my back and arm... I didn't want to go ANYWHERE and I just made myself dead weight... I guess she got the teacher (you can imagine that I wasn't thinking very rationally at this time... and the garbage can STANK... but It was pretty much the only thing keeping me consious...) because Mrs. XXX came into the room. She took one look at me and told someone to go get Mrs. YYY (I'm not saying the names of my teachers because I couldn't spell them and they stand out so I'm not putting them on the internet... so there blaugh* ) who was also a nurse. Now... my school is too cheap to have a full time school nurse- so these women pretty much run the show and get emergincy calls throught the day... so they know a sick kid when they see one. I grabbed Mrs. XXX's hand and put it to my forehead when she asked if I felt better... She gasped and they tried to take my temperature... But I had had to breathe through my mouth most of they day so my temp was really low... but I was sweating through my clothes and you could feel my bodyheat though my blue-jeins and THAT's saying something... I was white as a sheet and they had me lay down and put my feet up. So that's how I stayed untill 3rd period when my grandparents got me... I'm still abit pale... but I took a nap and I feel better.... I'm gonna have some soup in a little bit and Mom's brining home Japaneese food. I just wanted to tell everyone about my wonderful day... blah. crawls back in bed and under her 2 comferters and 3 blankets. Edit- Was anxiaty atacks. Am better now. HELLO EVERYONE!!!!!! I'VE GOTTEN MY BLOODY KEYBORED BACK! For those of you who don't understand what I was just taking about... let me explain- starting with the assumption that you've read the journal entry prior to this one. I made HOSA state (HOSA being Heath Occupational Students of America [I wanna be a Pharmacist]) in Pharmacology. Which means I 'read' (skimmed and frantically reading the first 200 pages or so being more correct... but hey... who's keeping track.) two college textbooks and answered 100 multiple choice questions. This included calculating body surface area to medication and other nice little math formulas, definitions, and reasoning. Fun. Not. Anyone who doesn't know me and my family should know this- I'm really a good little girl who's actually fairly quiet and is a "goody-goody" (unless you piss me off or give me reason not to like you and I go Phycobitch on your a as Krash knows. He's actually called me that in school- hence tention between us... I may be nice and tolerent... but don't push your luck... and I'm WAY off topic.). My mom was not. My mom's pretty cool and she's lots of fun. She isn't scared to say what she feels and she acts alot like a teenager. But she's addicted to the pride she feels when I do something outstanding. So when she found out that I made State- she constantly harrassed me about studing. Now. I'll be the first to admit that sometimes I need a kick in the a- after all I'm dyxlesic and ADD. But the woman was yelling at me to come out of the room I was studing in and give me a lecture on studing then ask me if I was stuing every goddamn five minutes- and I'm not exaggerating! Now... what effect does this have on the average american teenager? Reverse phycology anyone? I avoided those books like the PLAGUE! So I started comming to crunch time... I would go upstairs and study for hours and I wouldn't hear a peep from mom... but my mother has cognative abilities I tell you. The SECOND I'd take a break- she'd sneak through the door. She found me opening a window on my computer more than once and yelled that I wasn't studing blah blah blah when I had just been reading for the last 3 hours. You can imagine that didn't go over well with me and therefore made her madder. She "solved" this problem by taking my keybored from my computer. Now... I get home a good two hours before my mother or my father... and I know my computer rather well... so I stole dad's keybored and printed off fanfics and checked my e-mails and the like. Well, one night I had drank some coca~cola so I had to take something to get me to sleep, as I'm super sensitive to caffeens (and have discovered recently that it'll make me dizzy and lightheaded... not good). And this crap knocks you on your a!!! So I read some of my printed fanfics insead of my HOSA books. Mom came upstairs and took the pages, brought them downstairs and actually wet them so I "couldn't read it". Newsflash to anyone who has that idea- computer ink's prettymuch waterproof after it dries and High-quality paper doesn't stick together outragesly when wet in the kitchen sink- if you wanna make it unreadable- put it in greace. The onlything I remember afterthat is laughing at her... That medication REALLY knocks you on your a... Yah... If you think taking away my printed source of entertainment means I'm not gonna do it again- you've never met a latina teenager. Bah! I had a BIGGER stack of papers by that afternoon. Which she has yet to find. twisted ~Timelaps~ Crunchtime. We left on an 8 hour drive to the other part of TN with 20 something girls and 3 guys who had just discovered they had dicks (sorry If I offend you- but it's true.) Mom looks young and all... but having people in your hightschool hitting on your mother- even if they ARE just playing around is rather disturbing... but mom can give as good as she gets. She was fine on the road... quite plesent actually. We left Tuesday at 11 and got there at 10 at night... I took my test Thursday and the awards cerimony was Friday- I didn't place... but I was up aggainst 18 and 19 year olds and I'm only 16... so I thought I had done rather well... Mom ended up judging Biomedical debate (the topic was genetic testing) because she's in the medical field and HOSA was desperate to find judges... she told us about this one team and we were laughing the rest of the time... It's pretty much and official HOSA joke... Now relize- this was STATE. This was to weed out second-best. And mom said you could tell who got through by working and who got through by being one team out of three... One team was doing really good, but their ending statement, the CLINCHER, the LAST BLOODY WITTY WORDS, were "We is who we is cuz we is people." Really now... I thought we 'is' animals... They lost because we don't want to be remembed as that... but what was rather amusing is the fact that one of the other judges, a docter, had graduated from THAT VERY BLOODY HIGHSCHOOL!!! She was ashamed. But yah. Now we're back. We arrived yesterday at 10. Mom's to bugging me about otherstuff... but she'll stop... hopefully... please Oh Great and Random Particals of the Hectic Universe let her stop... I love my mother but here's how you can tell who won one of our arguments (metiphoracally- because we wouldn't ACTUALLY do it... just threaten and daydream and make the moations behind eachother's backs). If I die of a blunt artifact to the head- Mom one. If you find mom in the Mississippi Rver- I won. If both of these happen- it was a draw... Oh well. I'm running out of time... For those of you who don't know me in RL... I want to be a Pharmasist... I took a healthcare class (Diagnostic Medicen [Ok... so I can't spell... what's your point?]) and joined HOSA... this club thing for people in the medial field... They go to compitition so I sighned up for... Pharmacology. I didn't know that it was the hardest test there was in the whole friggn compitition... So I got the books I was to study, cuz I was taking a hundred multiple choice college level questions on these books and I'm in 10th grade... needless to say- the books were big... 900 and 500 pages on the Nurses Guide to Pharmacology. I don't want to be a nurse... but some things you just have to take in stride. I read the first 164 pages on the 900 page book and the first 10 on the smaller book... then the test was today... at the university of my state (I live in the US incase you didn't know.) Only thing is- the college is two hours away... so we LEFT the school at 6 in the friggn morning... meaning I had to be AWAKE at 4. WAAAAAAY to damn early for man or beast in my opinion... So I went to the college- slept the whole way there. Then there were too many people to take all the tests at the same time... so I had fourty minutes... now realize... this test covers conversions, drug names, facts, how drugs affect you, and a bunch of other crap. BUT my memory is UBER good when I read things... Unfortuanatly... I said "****** it... I'm gonna bomb anyways." So I took the test. Surprizingly I knew about half of it... I was amazed... but I still thought I had bombed it... Now... the test took an hour and 30min... so I had time to kill before the awards cerimony at 4. (I got home at 8... It was a LOOONG day...) ~Time break as nothing really happens... but College food is MUCH better then elementry, middle, or Highschool food.~ I don't care about the awards cerimony... 9 other people took the pharmacoligy test... they probably studied (unlike me) and had done this all before (this was my first year doing HOSA or any compitition like it.). I told my friend beside me to elbow me when Pharmacolgy came up and commenced to read my book. Immagine my surprize when I came up as... SECOND PLACE!!!!! I did a ratther good impression of a deer in headlights I'm told... so guess what... I'M FRIGGN GOING TO STATE!!!!!! This is the first year EVER that my highschool has ever gone to state in Pharmacolgy... so to say I'm nervous is an understatement... bigtime... But I'm rather proud of myself... not for being a procrastinater tho... I'm going to take the test again next year... but I'm keeping the books so I can read them over the summer.... Yah. I love fanfics. I write a few of my own... but I do it by hand and I'm WAY to lazy to type it up... Currently I'm into Dark Harry Potter or Evil Harry Potter... I don't really care aslong as Harry's suicidle or homisidle or crazy or any combination of the three. If anyone has any good fanfics I'm all ears. Blacked Sunrise, A Year Like None Other, and Death is a Blessing are some of my fav. But I also like (Inu-InuYasha, Yu Yu- Yu Yu Hakusho, HP-Harry Potter, WK- Wiess Kreuz, PH- Petshop of Horrors, FB-Fruits Basket. X/X is crossover) Inu, Inu/Yu Yu, Yu Yu/HP, Yu Yu, Yu Yu/X-men, FB/PH, PH/WK. Some of my fav fanfics are By Any Other Name (Inu/Yu Yu, but EXTREAMELY well written and long... VERY long...), Long Denied (FB/PH) and The Best Defence (HP/Yu YU). Speaking of Fanfics... sings name Ki~tty Ca~t... Touch of Chaos please... Touch of Chaos is a fanfic Katsu is writting where her characters go to Hogwarts courticy (forced) of Chibi... It's bloody HYSTERICAL!!!! I have ranted enough... BYE!
