today i went and auditioned for america's got talent. we arrived at around 6:30 am, and we waited until ten for our audition.
while we were waiting we sat next to a group of adults. two of them were gay and the other four were married couples. they were -hilarious-! one of the men was doing impressions of idiotic girls to keep us entertained for the hours we were there. it was so great, but then some idiot came around and interupted everyone. he was loud and annoying, but the cameramen loved him. whatever. ):
so, at ten the first ten singers got to audition. the group i was sitting with got up and we all headed out except for the two wives. then, one of the men went in and got rejected. the second man went in and got rejected. they were both really good, mind you. then i ended up going in to audition.
there was a man, a women, and a guy with a camera. my mom and sister went over to the desk on the side to watch while i performed. i sang hurt by christina aguilera. he told me i had a great voice edc. edc., but then he said no. apparently i didn't look right for the show.
now i'm back at the hotel and am bored out of my mind. we're attending the auditions with the judges later this week, and we get to get autographs from them. and it's free!
