Another one of my poems. A reminder --to those who are reading any of my poetry for the first time-- that all of my poems come from the heart. Some poems express my thoughts and emotions all the way through, like this one. This entire poem expresses my feelings toward a close friend of mine and how I am beginning to like/love him. I wake up
And I find footsteps
Footsteps in my dreams
Someone was walking in my dreams
I’m in class
I hear a name,
A familiar name among my thoughts
Someone invaded my thoughts
In my mind
I see memories
Friends in my memories
Only one stands taller than the rest
He came by himself
Invaded my mind
Now I see him
In my dreams
And in my thoughts
And for the longest time
I’ve tried to force him out.
He kept coming back.
So I gave into it.
And let the thoughts come
If I can’t beat him
Then join him
If only to fathom this
I hear his voice.
I can’t help but smile.
I see him in pictures.
It feels wrong to look.
I get close to him.
My heart beats faster.
We’re close, but not close enough.
I’m falling for him.

Belles fleurs fleurissent
Cet amour que je ressens pour toi est fort
Pensez a vous nuit et jour
Je soupconne que vous sentez la meme chose
Alors, venez a moi mon amour
Et que les fleurs s'epanouissen
