The blender sat in the cupboard much the same as every other day. It was in the back, and hidden behind some other things. It hardly ever got used, but it felt today would be different. it felt today it would be used. so it sat there patiantly waitting. waitting for the door to it's cupboard to be opened that it might see it's friends again. it missed it's friends, the fridge was nice, and the toaster was warm, and friendly to. then the women came into the kitchen, it could hear her walk acroos the floor. she opened the cupboard where the blender was kept, she reached in and pushed the stuff aside picking up the blender. she put the blender on the counter then went to the fridge and took some frozen fruit out of the freezer and a box of milk from the fridge. she half filled the blender with the fruit and added some milk to them. putting the cover on the blender she turned it on and slid it to the back of the counter. she put the fruit away as the blender hummed away, grinning the fruit to make the smoothie. th women came back and turned the blender off when the fruit were broke up enough. she pourred the smothie into a tall glass and put the blender cup in the sink to soak. when the women was finished the drink she washed the blender out and put it away. such is a day in the life of a blender.
