My 1st entry-PLEASE read description of cosplay:
I am AMPHITRITE of Greek Mythology (Salacia in Roman Myth.), Nereid (sea-nymph), Demi-goddess, Queen of the Sea, wife of Poseidon (Neptune in Roman myth), mother to Triton, Rhode, Kymopoleia, and Benthesikyme, the fish, shellfish, seals, and dolphins.
I have blue eyes and long, flowing blonde hair.
I am beautiful, proud, independent, and jealous.
So, stay away from Poseidon all of you cute little mermaids.
As mother to the sea, I ride around in my chariot drawn by hippokampoi (fish-tailed horses) trying to watch over my offspring.
Items & ? they represent
Crown = Queen of the Sea.
Fish = mother to the Sea.
Pixie circlet = power as a demi-goddess.
Fins = sea nymph.
Jewerly of Greek goddesses.
Pearl necklace was a gift from the sea on my wedding day.
Ocean blue wrap to compliment my tail.
I am holding my son, Triton's trident because Poseidon caught him zapping young mermaids with it.
