Survived vegetarianism for 11 days... and then took a break.. went back for 3, took a break... meh. Cut out beef from my diet... chicken & fish only now...
biggrin Today was the pizza judging contest @ the library. We got to sample 4 different kinds of pizza, played truth or dare spin-the-bottle style, and talked about things from Judaism to Chicago style pizza. It was interesting 3nodding
I'm kinda bored right now, but not as much as the usual. I can actually hit something in PE, get the right answers to math, etc. Life is good, even when you're not looking up. I think I need another vacation... just alone. The ocean, the snow, the mountains... nature cool
Yesterday I was part of a Day of Silence to help show how those with other orientations are closed in. Of course, if your parents are as religious as mine, it's scary when you get home. My mom now assumes I'm gay, my dad says I'm never going to have a normal life, etc. I'm straight. What annoys me is that I'm "not going to heaven", says my mom. Hmm...
I'd rather live in hell for what I believe in than live in heaven through a lie.
Mom (Christian) + Dad (undefined) = Religious clash
Me + Protest for Gays = Mom + Dad + Religious clash
Life is still good.
