Things could not be going any better... untill this weekend.
On Friday we found out that my grampa had a heart attack and has been in the hospital since then. My gramma has been in Mexico on vacation, and someone spilled the beans and now she is sick and stressed. She was supposed to come visit next week... but now, who knows.
I have been anticipating a trip to Eastern Washington at the end of this week, which will still be fun, but I don't know. And even more, a trip to Europe... which will also still be overly fun-tastic, but not as fun as it could have been...
I'm finding that I can't rely on people's words. I know they don't do those things on purpose. But one can only take these batterings for so long... I've noticed that the the only person I can really rely on is my mom. What she says, goes. For that, I'm grateful for. To have someone to lean on. Who will, hopefully, always be there...
