There is a cat on a pedestal high above the heavens his fur painted with gold and he rests upon it.... napping for seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, years... A stairway leads up to this particular pedestal and people try to wake him to find out about how life will change over time.... many people visit this golden clad cat but they can't ever seem to wake him. When one asks a question about life, the cat just keeps napping and on occasion he will find a more comfortable position and then he keeps on resting, slumbering, and dreaming. One day a person walks up to the cat and says "Golden cat, why do you sleep constantly instead of telling us how our lives will change over time?"
The cat awakens and replies back in a low, hoarse, gruff voice "Well, how can I answer that question when you are already doing that yourselves? Everyone is changing their lives by what they do, how they think, what they say, who they meet, how they react to certain things... everyday this happens." The cat goes back to resting for eternity dreaming about what he wants too...
