About Sprite. . .
- Real Name: Katherine Pryde, but everybody calls her Kitty.
- Powers: Kitty can make herself unsolid, then she can walk through objects, or dive through floors. It's called phasing. She can also walk on air, and phase with other people/objects. Also (although this isn't a power), she's a computer whiz.
- Background: Kitty is the youngest X-Man, she's fourteen, though when she joined she was thirteen. Professor X located her using Cerebro, the mutant detecting computer. The X-Man came and made her an offer. The same day, she was caught up in one of their adventures. She came to enjoy their company (and got a crush on Peter while she was at it), and decided to join. Her parents split up, and Kitty formed a mother daughter like bond with Ororo. Kitty grew up with the X-Man, going through many hazards and trials with them. She grew to the position of team leader on occasion, when the leader was absent.
-Where She is Now: Kitty is still an X-Man. She is now called Shadowcat, or Kitty. Though her costume and codename have changed over the years, Kitty still has the same spunky, fun attitude.
