How to do: Have your pokemon in the first slot at less than full health. Equip leftovers, and go to the Safari Zone. Enter a battle, and fail to catch the pokemon. You'll "restore health" somehow.
Duplicate items
Glitch type: Double Battle advantage
How to do: Get a Ditto to hold your item of choice. Then, get a pokemon to know Thief. Enter a double battle, and make ditto transform into an OPPONENT'S pokemon. Make your thief pokemon use Thief on Ditto. Finish the fight, and look at both your ditto and thief. You'll have your item duplicated.
These are the only few that work with no downside.
