Sitting in the corner arms wrapped around my knees.
The slightest movement makes me jump.
The softest sound freaks me out.
I see my shadow and cover my eyes.
I fear myself more than anything else.
I'm the one person I don't truly know.
Others know me better than I know myself.
I break all the mirrors not wanting to see my reflection.
Not wanting to meet myself face to face.
Turning off the lights so I don't see my shadow.
Fearing the harsh truth about myself.
