In a place of madness
Home to creatures full of sadness
Lays a girl upon the asylum floor
Her heart is open and full of sores
Deep inside she tries to hide
From all the things that make her cry
Inside this dark emotional hell
Where she's driven mad, and can't excel
to keep her edged upon sanity
Thus ridding compassion for all humanity.
Strewn out a twisted make believe land
Where everyone’s happiness has been banned..
But if she looks around
There to be spotted upon the ground
A helping choice
To help rid these feelings and rejoice
A nibble of the shroom
To rid the thoughts of bitter gloom
And make all things so grand
Take a bite and you’ll understand
How hatters and hares may jubilee
To unbirthdays, that brings such glee
There she will be happy I do say
With bottled feelings gone and at bay
I think poor Alice felt rather small
Now she seems to be rather 10 feet tall.
