This is why I’m writing this rhyme

The looks we had
It made me glad
To know you would stay
Until you had to turn away
You screwed my emotions over

Then begged for forgiveness
Moreover
I thought we’d die together
But of course
You filed for a divorce
Killing me on the inside
Ripping me from the inside
Out
But without a doubt
Deep inside
