Well, i just got back from a student council conference...Wednessday to Friday...excused absence from school...((YAY MASC!!!))
The only thing, was one of my best friends didn't go...so although i still had a great time, it was a little dampered at times...
but what can ya do?
just make the best of it i guess.
Sadly, i missed my own induction into National Honor Society because of this...other people were able to back for it, i wasn't aware of this until it was too late, because apparently they had already gotten permission for the certain number of others to leave, and couldn't go back and change it, or he might not let anyone go.
Today was the first meeting.
Next week, i'm to be inducted in the principal's office.
just as well i suppose...it was to be on my sister's birthday, and i would've stolen her glory...and considering i was already missing her birthday AND her party for a retreat.. plus it was the last thing she needed...her hampster died a few days ago..her first pet death...very sad...poor Taylor...My sis kept saying things like, "the hole in my heart will never be filled"...yeah...this coming from a 10 yr old...well and 11 yr old now...
things aren't bad...but i am a smidgem tired...i slept on the bus ride home...ya know when you are sleeping, but you are still aware of some things? well i kept opening my mouth...vehicle rides always make me tired... the kid playing a soothing melody on his guitar could've contributed too...that and being bodily exhausted from clubbing til late...and then not going to bed until even LATER...but ya know...minor details blaugh
all in all, it was good.
