Guess what! I'm officially without resources for tactful hint giving! sweatdrop I feel as though I was talking to a friend about swimming, then we agreed to swim together the next day. Well it turned out we were thinking along rather different lines 'cuz I showed up at the beach and they showed up at the swimming pool.... Don't worry, we met up again and got back to discussing swimming, heck we even agreed to go swimming together again, but this time I thought I'd make sure we were both thinking of the same place by tactfully, cautiously........... Whoping them one good with a giant hammer that had the word "Beach" engraved on it xp Yep, about as graceful as an elephant tip-toeing across the stage in ballerina shoes... *imagines that and giggles* Okay, now I'm just having fun, but you get the point ^.^;; So anyway, the question is - when my friend comes to, will they understand the large lump on their head with the word "Beach" so nicely indented? And will I be as thrilled when they ask to swim with me at the beach as I would've been had I only held up a small banner with a picture of a beach ball in sand on it...

Well, if you've got a hammer with the word "Beach" on it too, lets start a club!! We can invite that tip-toeing elephant and those hippos trying to catch butterflies whee We'll all have a nice picnic together and share recipes for disaster *nod nod*

On the other side of my life, the weekend didn't go as I'd hoped. Only this one clean picture:

Some of the weekend went to teaching my Dad the basics of MS Paint whee And the rest of my computer art time went to redoing the graphics for the Iron Key Cafe. Most people who know me as Iope have no idea what that is, so let me explain: It's the cafe I started (one year ago on the 18th) on my wondering account. When I went dormant for awhile it kinda got taken over as a hangout for a couple employees and their friends. When Sil left (a good friend of mine and also one of the main taker-overs) it just plain died. Not sure why I never went back while it was still alive, guess they just weren't the kind of people I really enjoy talking to... Anyway, Aeceaus (the same one who reminded me about my one year) mentioned he'd like to see it start up again, (remind me to ask him to join the club whee ) so after a little thought, I decided I wanted it back too 3nodding Revamping the rules and graphics ate up most my time (and I'm still not done with it) but Aeceaus agreed to be both my co-owner and to take up his old position as Chief of Security. Yay!! ^.^ Oh, and just incase anybody comes to visit, it's a serious(ish) rp setting, so even thought I might seem incapable of not being silly for more then 2 minutes at a time, please follow the somber tone of the garden *nods*

In non-computer art I half heartedly drew a pan (or what ever those half goat creatures are called @.@) with a fairy dancing on his hand, but it's on lined paper with weak lines and it's not fully done &.&; So in other words, ya can't see it. But on the bright side, he does look more guy-ish then my drawings come out ^.^ Horary for me! (his hand is backwards though o.O I drew the hand and fairy first, then his face followed by body, mushroom (he sitting on it) and finally the arm... it's just such a nice hand, I'm just not willing to erase the it o try again crying ) Oh! And I forgot to mention, awhile ago I started doodling a banner thing for Joyfully Misc. with Kit, Zen and Iope as chibis whee It's adorable, but needs a lot of work...

An odd fact I just feel like typing: On Friday, I was hop-dancing around my kitchen (it's got an isle thingy in the center, and I was just circling around it) to Paul Simon's "Call me Al" and nearly burnt my hand on the frying pan whee Man that song has weird lyrics....
