Words can never explain how much I miss him. Even three years later I still have to remind myself he's not here. I hate thinking about it, I hate admitting it. I hate living everday knowing his life was cut short. He is by no means a perfect person, and I often think regret often stood on his door step. But he was my hero. If i can be half the person he was in his good times, I will be grateful. Eventhough, I didn't get an entire lifetime with him, or even a childhood. I'll always have the last few years we spent together not making up for lost time, but enjoying the time we had left.
I love you, Dad. Someday we'll meet again.
