I managed to change my journal colours using Firefox. In IE, (or Avant, rather) the palette thing still isn't working, funnily enough.
First thing is first: I want you all to read about this Gaian User's real life plight-- she needs the help of someone qualified in such matters. (I unfortunately, am not, and given my distance, cannot do anything). However, I am passing the word around in the hopes that someone might see this even by chance and be able to help.
