I've recently been selling a couple of kiki's in the marketplace- so it's no surprise that I got a huge load of scam+dumb offer PM's. This was the dumbest one.

Scammer: You have been suspected of hacking multiple accounts on Gaia

We have received a few reports of you hacking accounts on Gaia. In order to avoid an immediate ban, we require your password to check your trade history. If you take longer than five minutes to respond to this warning, your account will be permanently banned, unless you are offline at the time. In that case, you will have a 5 minute time period to do so. If you choose to cooperate and we find you guilty, your ban will only be temporary. If you choose to disobey, your account will lose all of its rights and your IP will be blocked from our site.

Renie:Alright... This is getting boring. I reported you the instant you PM'ed me. Gaiafuun90881 is NOT my password. If you were an admin, you wouldn't need my password to access my trades.

Scammer: I am not an Admin. I am a Reporter.
I received reports from gaia players saying that they have gotten hacked.
I have permission from The Gaia Administrators that I can check on gaia hackers player.
Your accounts name was on the "Hacker List"
It is my job to check your account if you really did.

Renie: You must think I'm as dumb as a rock.

Get Noraboo or Lanzer to tell me you are official.

Then I'll believe you.

Scammer: I do not have contact with them.
But I did have permission from The Gaia Administrators that I can check hackers accounts.

Renie:Get an admin to prove it, then.

A REAL admin.

Scammer:My name is in black because I am only a low level Admin. The higher rank Admins gets their name colored.

Nope. Admins are orange. There is no such thing as a low level admin. You're either an admin, or not.

Scammer:
I am Reporter which is also a GAIA Helper.

Renie:The description about the Gaia helper is only aboout moving threads. It doesn't say anything about reports. Reports are for the Omnimods, not the helpers.

WOW. Scammers sure are dumb. I thought what he said last was hilarious. See, he tried so hard to fool me, but then in the end he gave in and pretended it was no big deal.

Loser. xp
