No school! It's horrible that those people got hit with the tornados, though. I wouldn't wish that on anyone for any reason. One person even died. So, I'm not ecstatic over this. Just glad that I can relax my over-taxxed brain for awhile. I didn't sleep well. Perhaps that's why. Perhaps not. I had alot to think about last night. I also had alot to worry about.
Oh, you know what I'm getting good at drawing? Hair tucked behind ears. Not so good at the ears themselves, but I can draw hair behind 'em. One of my art arena submissions has it, and that's from 8 months ago! And apparently, the other 2 people who voted on it like it, despite the fact that I completely messed the eyes up. The closer one looks good.
So, my reason for being super-hyper-happy-excited is that I had a minor stroke of intelligence. I wanted "Where Will You Go" for my profile song. I couldn't find it. Then I realized "oh, loser. search 'origin'" Yea, myspace music is my playground. I found it, I'm happy, and that's that. Oh, and I now have a copy of that CD. I really like "Away From Me". It's almost like some pop songs I've heard. Actually, I love it when people put Evanescence in a genre. I've seen it called Pop Rock, Rock, Metal, Alternative, Punk (huh?), Emo, Dark Rock, Other...Point being that it's funny.
I'm listening to "Cloud Nine" right now. If it wasn't so electric guitar-heavy, I'm sure my mom would go for it. She likes "Call Me When You're Sober" ...to a degree. But then, I don't think she knows it's Evanescence.
I'm gonna go do some puzzles, before the servers get crowded.
