Journals are depressing, so why do others read them? I tried to read one earlier. I didn't really understand the poem. I looked back on the comments, and reallized a person had died...the author of the poem had died....Journals are depressing. I refuse to read someone elses ever again. It sends chills down my spine. I mean, the guy was talking about cereal! How did that make others comment that the guy was dead? It's just...disturbing...
And to know that your own friends could be thinking of suicide and death is disturbing too. I mean, they're my friends; I want them to live! What they do with their life is their decision though. All I can do is hope that they don't mess up too badly. Everyone makes mistakes, but some are easier to fix than others.
