Poetry without the soul
Is like watching a failed goal.
It isn't true, it isn't real.
It should be blue, it should have a feel.
Presenting emotion it flies you high,
and just like that it drags you by.
An emotional rush, it can't be stopped.
A quite hush, it won't be topped.
It controls your feelings ever so,
the true poem does it though.
The poet who has a soul,
is the poet who can reach that goal.
