Okay... Someone asked me to log my eating and exercising habits. And for my dreams... haha nothing new. Still blank... and forgetful.
My food... it's Filipino, and I don't exactly know what they're called most of the time so I'll just try and explain them.
Breakfast: about 1.5 cup of white rice
Fried Corn Beef with Onions, Corn, Peas, and Ginger
Whole water Bottle
10 Minute Walk to school.
Walking around class...
Slices of Apples, Some Fruity Juice, and Peanut Butter.
Lunch: Chicken Caesar Shake Salad with Ranch Dressing
Another Water Bottle
About 70 Sit Ups, not Crunches...
A bag of Popcorn.
A Whole bunch of running around, running up and down 3 flights of stairs with backpack on... don't know how much that weighs. With 10 minute walk home.
Arizona Iced Tea, With Lemon Flavor
One bite of Snickers... cuz sister wouldn't give me more.
One Gulp of Mountain Dew
Another .5L Water Bottle
Dinner: 1 Cup of rice..
I don't know how to explain this. There was sauce... umm... strips of beef, onions and green/red peppers strips.
