Okay, so need to cry, haven't felt bad all day, which is awesome.
So yes, today was my 2nd anniversary/birthday/thingie on Gaia. Yes, that's right bitches, I've been here for 2 fecking YEARS. Man how this place has changed.
I find myself looking back and regretting not doing a lot of things, like not donating that first month and getting a halo...not donating that second month to get a bear hat which I later traded my bunnies and corsage for. *sniffles*
Not being smart enough to realize that there'd be items I would want later. Forget the whole "value" of them. I'd just like to have some of the things I've missed out on/gave up for things I missed out on.
I guess I could write a whole rant here about how much Gaia has changed since I arrived, but that'd be pretty pointless considering I already did that during the 2nd annual anniversary ball with a bunch of other "veterans".
Other news, I'm torn between "questing" for an Angelic Scarf and saving my gold for Gaia homes. Maybe I'll just wait for the scarf and play with homes when they come out later this week (I hope! *crosses fingers!*)
As for Real Life...
Aside from that and the rest of my time spent on Gaia (mainly in the marketplace as of late. Earning the monies), my life's still linked directly to my school work. Only about 3 more weeks, though before I'm free for fourteen glorious days. Not quite sure what I'll do with that time, but it'll probably be spent with a slacker state of mind.
I started to read Gregory Maguire's Wicked which is basically a prequel to the Wizard of Oz stories and is about the life of the Wicked Witch of the West. I'm about a quarter of the way into it and only started reading it today. In short, I'm finding it to be rather enjoyable.
I somehow hurt my right arm while I was sleeping last night. The muscle feels all sore and has pain shooting through it whenever I move it in certain ways. It made showering and combing out my hair a rather painful experience this morning. Oh well.
