My voice is totally gone and I have to sing. *laughs* I'm the least soprano-y of the soprano 1's. In fact, I should be an alto crying Or at least a soprano 2. I don't have that voice quality that the rest of them have. I can do the notes and the volume (usually), that's not the problem. My voice isn't quite mature enough. On the other hand, I have a nice alto voice. And I'm good for soprano 2 only because I can figure out my notes by listening to the rest of the ensemble, so I know where to go and I'm sure of it. They're so quiet, and there's so few of them.
Well, I guess the hardest part of the singing is not standing out. Which I tend to do sometimes. I try not to. In fact I was really good at it until our older choir members left. Then it's like "oh darn, I'm an upper classman and I should actually be heard?! ACK!" Plus, my class is so small that Castillo makes us sing louder (i.e. she knows if you're holding back or not trying). So I'm better at being heard. But I don't wanna be ^_^ ah, it's hopeless: I'm not going to be able to sing that stupid solo for LMEA. especially since it's ave maria *dies* Heh, if I actually had the book (cuz I think I have to have the original music) I'd ask about My Immortal. I have the full music (just not where it's from). *considers*
Well, it's time for me to go get dressed in my pretty dress! Ah, the two most random questions just popped into my head. But I suppose I shall have to keep my curiousity in check...ya don't wanna know how annoying it gets though. 'Specially when I've got nothing to do!
