CAMP GREY- Camp Grey! By Cindy Nguyen Today was the day! Yes, the day we go camping. Smelling the fresh air, sleeping in cabins. "Okay, today is the day we go camping at Camp Grey. So, is everyone ready?," said Mrs. Blossum. Everyone answered yes. But of course, me and my best friend, which is Hailey, bought our backpacks and stuffed most of the stuff we might need, such as things like, maps, notebooks, pencils, water bottles, not purfume or anything, that makes bugs go crazy! Okay, so let me tell you all the girls and boys in my class. Heres the girls; Emma, Gaby, Meg, Sami, Monica, Helena, Sabrina, and Aly. Me and Hailey were the two other girls. Oh, did I mention there was ten girls and ten boys? Yeah, pretty large class, but I had bigger. The boys; Sam, William, Tuck, John, Brian, Nathan, Mat, Tom, Ryan and Zac. "Okay then, we're going to have buddies. No girls and girls and no boys and boys," Mrs.Blossum said. Oh, this was going to be great! But also, I also bought some important stuff too, just in case. It was pretty much everything upset beauty stuff, but I bought chap stick. "Cindy, your with Tom," Mrs.Blossum said. I winked. My best friend winked, which is Haily, winked. Oh, I forgot to tell you, Tom is my crush, I've liked him since 3rd grade! Amazing, huh? Yeah. I guess it is amazing. Oh and to tell you, Hailey liked Zac. He was Tom's best friend, and one of the cutest boys in the class. Well, actually, Tom and Zac were the cutest, but I like Tom better. So, then, Mrs.Blossum said, "Hailey, your with Zac." Wow, this must be awesome luck! Oh yeah, I forgot, it was Helena's mom, and she much know's everyone's crush. Pretty much, I do too. Emma likes Sam. Gaby likes William. Meg likes Tuck. Sami likes John. Monica likes Brian. Helena likes Nathan. Sabrina likes Ryan. Course, I like Tom, and Hailey likes Zac. Mrs.Blossum continued on with her partners things. And everyone got their crush, and Mrs.Blossum bought in her husband, too. Oh and Aly, she likes nobody. "Cindy, Tom, Hailey, and Zac. You guys sleep in the same cabin. Emma, Sam, Gaby, and William. You guys sleep in the same cabin. Meg, Tuck, Sami, John. You four sleep in the same cabin. Monica, Brian, Helena, and Nathan. You four sleep in the same cabin. Sabrina, and Ryan, you sleep with Mr.Blossum and me,"Mrs.Blossum exclaimed. I was totally excited. Hailey text messaged me on her phone, but of course, nobody heard. It said, 'I am so excited. Our crushes, with us, sleeping together!.' I texted back, 'I know, amazing huh?.' So then, we lined up to the bus to get on, and we all sat in the back. Tom and me were sitting near each other. So was Hailey and Zac. Then we arrived. At Camp Grey. Everyone's cabin we would look at would be huge. Huge as fifteen tents. Five on the bottom, middle, and the top. I opened the door with my keys. We 'wowed' and 'awesomed' and complimented the place. "Yes! There is a girls' and a boys' bathroom. Now we won't have to share!," I yelled out really loud. Everyone was agreeing. Awesome! Then, I unpacked and so did everyone else. I took out my diary out of my backpack in Tom's and my room. Course, He bought his diary out too, but it was a boy's diary they just made. Cool with racecars, sports, and more. We smiled and began. And, everytime I start writing in my diary, I write both in print and cursive, just for fun. Dear Diary, 4/25/2007 Me and my crush, Tom, are buddies and sharing the same cabin with Hailey and Zac. But do you know something amazing? Everyone got their crush as their buddies, too. I changed my clothes. Inside of the suitcase was underwear, tee-shirts, skirts, pants, socks, some sandles, and much much more. Inside of my backpack was the maps, notebooks, pencils, water bottles, not purfume or anything else like that. But Tom and Zac are super cute and I cannot believe we are sharing the cabin. I really really would like Tom to like me back the way I like him, and Zac to like Hailey to like her the way she does. It would be really cool! Oh well, hopefully, that won't happen. Love, Cindy Brooks Dear Diary, 4/25/2007 Me and my crush, Tom, are buddies and sharing the same cabin with Hailey and Zac. But do you know something amazing? Love, Cindy Brooks I smiled at Tom. He was smiling back at me. So, I heard tomorrow was going to be seventy-eight degrees. Good day, good year, what else could be better? So, I tucked into my bed, with comfy pillows, and warm blankets, told Tom, 'Good-night, don't let the bed bugs bite' and I laughed. He laughed. And then, I took out my stuffed animal and slept. Tom woke me up, and then said, "Cindy, wake up. C'mon! We're going swimming!" I was amazed, luckily I had my swimsuit. So, I went to the restroom, brushed my teeth, went to take a bath, in my towel, and went into my room and saw Tom in there, and screamed, "Ahhhh! Can you at least get out? I'm trying to get my clothes and swimsuit!" He nodded fastly and ran into Zac's room. I grabbed my swimsuit and clothes and my backpack and went back to the bathroom. I changed into my swimsuit first, I put some extra clothes into my backpack, put on my other clothes on top of the swimsuit and got ready. I dried my hair and then once I finished, Tom was inside our room again. He said, "I am so so sorry! I didn't mean to go into here while you were trying to get your clothes," and then hugged me. I blushed but he didn't see. I grabbed his clothes for him, and his swimsuit, and then gave it to him. "Thanks," he said and ran into the boy's bathroom. After that, Zac and Hailey were inside the bathrooms. Hailey took a shower, dried herself, put on her swimsuit, put extra clothes into her backpack, and then put clothes over. I got no idea what the boys did, but it must've been crazy! I heard laughter and screams and excitement. Man, what are they doing? I got my sandels inside my backpack and then put in my tennis shoes and socks in their just in case, and then put on my other sandels that were only for camping. Then, I heard a voice. I looked behind and then Tom said, "Nice swimsuit, I really mean it." "Oh my goodness, that happened to me too! Zac said, 'nice swimsuit'! Isn't that kinda weird? It kinda seems like they sort of like us," Hailey exclaimed. Then I put my backpack On the ground, and then put waterproof plastic on it. I took of my clothes and then put them inside the backpack. I jumped into the swimming pool and was laughing. Hailey was scared, because she never jumped off high places, before. I yelled to her, "Come on, Hailey, the water is fine! Don't worry, it'll be fun!" She nodded okay. We all moved to the side. Then, she yelled down, "If I embarress myself in front of the entire class, I'll never talk the rest of the week, OK?" I nodded yes, sadly. I contacted everyone the secret sign that meant, pretend that you like it, if you don't like it. They all contacted okay. She jumped down, made a high dive, and everyone loved it! Nobody pretend and we all clapped. I screamed out, "Yay, Hailey!" She was happy. I got out of the pool and changed around a non-public area. Course, it was the gir;s' bathroom in my cabin. Everyone else was swimming, at least that was what I thought. So I changed, put my stuffed animals, Bunny and Snappy away in my backpack and then got ready to go. I also got out my tennis shoes and socks and put them on. I went out of the bathroom tying my belt, and bumped into Tom, but this was worst..We accidently kissed. We stopped a second later. I screamed, "I am so so sorry! I didn't mean to do that!" then I ran to my bed with my face on the pillow. His hand touched my shoulder. "I know that you didn't mean it, but that was really awkward," he said, but confused. I smiled. Later, the entire class went hiking me and Tom were near each other the entire day, laughing and telling forest jokes, stories and much more. But, of course. Hailey and Zac were walking behind us and talking with us, too. Three hours later, it was exactly nine O'clock, in the night. I got dressed, into my camping pajamas, extra thick and warm. I took out my diary again. Just as always, but this time, Hailey was in here with me, writing in her diary too, but not looking at mine, and when she was done, she would go to sleep. Then I began to wrote.. Dear Diary, 4/26/06 Did you just believed what happened? It was totally amazing, and I'll never forget it. Never ever forget it, but I cannot tell anyone else. Okay, this is what happened. I was walking, without looking, I accidently kissed Tom. Yes! I accidently did, but he made me feel bettter after I kind of cried. That was really really amazing, but kind of sad. What if figures out that I like him? That would be so embarressing, and if he spreads, or anyone hears, everyone will figure out, and make fun of me for life! I just hope it goes good. I never actually told anyone but upset Cindy, my best friend, as you know that. I really like Zac, and he complimented me, with a nice swimsuit. I really really like him. HOPE he likes me back. Diary Hailey Parks Yes, she has a little. Well, thats her hobby. To have little diary notes. Cool huh? Well, I like her as well too. I think she is very nice. I already knew that she liked Zac, and never been camping before, but yeah. Then I asked Tom, "Hey, can I see your diary?" "I'm sorry, but I have secret stuff nobody should know about. Zac knows, but nobody else," he said. I understood and said "Okay, that's fine." Then, Hailey was rushing into the rooms and smiled at Tom and ran to me. She whispered to me, "Cindy, Tom likes you! Zac just told me. And I wanted to tell you!" I looked at her, winked, and looked at Tom, I winked again, and looked at Tom. "Are you seriously telling the truth?," I questioned her. She whispered quietly, but in a loud way, "YES!" Then, I asked Tom, "hey Tom, can you please please get out of this room a minute? I need to change." He looked confused and said, "Okay..umm..sure" He left the room and I grabbed his key, opened it to the diary, and then opened it and tried to find the page. "There! I found it!," I exclaimed. I know this isn't right, but I had to know. So I read, Dear Diary, I really really like Cindy. She doesn't know, but I and Zac does. Should I tell her at the end of the camping trip? Or should I never tell her? Oh please help me, my diary. Or.. should I just like someone else? Please please help me. I really like this girl since I ever saw her. I really want her to like me. Please help me. Diary friend, Your friend in need, Tom "Oh my gosh. Tom likes you?, " Hailey shouted very loudly, anyone in the room would be torn to death! "I.. I.. I..," I stumbled. "Quick! Tom's coming!," She whispered, but very loud. I ran, put his diary into his suitcase. I ran over to my bed and Hailey and me pretended to talk, like, "Oh yeah! That is so cute!" Then Hailey would be saying, "Yeah! I want a puppy really badly!" And, I would be like, "Totally!" I started to stare at Tom. He looked kinda of really confused. I asked him, "What's wrong?" He stared at me, and then said quietly, "Is something going alright in here? I heard a loud screech." I thought before I said anything.. "Maybe I should tell Tom I went into his diary. I mean, seriously, that is so rude!" And before I said, "Maybe" something came in the door. "What's that?," Hailey asked. "I got no clue! Let's check it out!," I yelled as I got curious. Tom, he looked at me. He ran into the door. As Hailey and I followed, Hailey screamed, "ZZAAAACC!!!! WATCH OUT!!!" Zac looked behind and saw that there was poisionous snake behind him, almost biting him. Zac jumped away, and we all ran into Tom and my room. "Thanks for saving me," Zac said while I was really scared and tired, while Tom was checking that I was okay. Hailey was really scared and calmed down and said, "Hey.. That's whats good class-mates do!" Suddenly there was a yell from Mrs. Blossum saying, "Tom, Zac, Hailey, Cindy! Pack up your bags, we're leaving!! There is poisionous snakes attacking every camp site!" We all stared at each other and packed everything together. I packed my things inside my backpack, where they belonged. I packed my clothes where they had belonged. I check Hailey, she was ready. I checked on Zac, he was ready. I put on my boots, my coat, and put on my backpack. I helped Hailey and Zac on their coats and boots. I checked on Tom, he wasn't ready. I quickly helped him without saying a whole word the entire time. He was ready. Everyone was ready. We all ran to the bus and we sat down quickly. Bump. Bump. I thought to myself, "Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. That was so terrifying!" Here we are, at the school. Then I walked up to Tom and said, right in front of Zac and Hailey, I said, "Tom.. I.. I.. I really liked you!" He looked surprised. He suddenly hugged me, and I smiled and hugged him back. And that was the trip, to Camp Grey. The End. What if..- What if.. By Cindy Nguyen Let's just say.. I went on a Cruise Ship, and before I went on the Cruise Ship, I saw this amazing site called Virtual.com. And, after I got back from the Cruise Ship, I started to play Virtual.com and it was so cool! It’s like an avatar, chilling out with friends, dressing anyway you want, it’s just like real life, but in a computer! Everyday, I would play awesome games, and win awesome computer money! Then, when I was finished playing Virtual, I went to bed. Seven, eight, nine, ten hours later, the alarm went on. Beep! Beep! Beep! “Ugh! Why do school has to be so early in the morning?” I said. I rubbed my eyes and then put on my slippers and walked to my bathroom, my eyes halfway closed. As I turned on the lights, I wasn’t sleepy anymore. So, I grabbed my toothbrush and put on the mint toothpaste, and brushed my teeth. After I was done brushing my teeth, I took a warm bath in the bathtub. But do you know something weird? I always sing while I’m taking a bath or a shower. Yeah, but oh well! I mean.. It’s normal.. right? So after that, I wrapped the towel around me, and went into my bedroom and put on some clothes. I wore a light-blue jean skirt, a light pink top, and put on some sparkly pink flip-flops. I walked into the dining room and saw breakfast set there, then heard my mom say, “Are you awake, sleepyhead?” and she laughed. “Mom..” I said, “I’m awake all right.” Then, I ate all of my eggs, and drank orange juice. “Come on, Cindy! We need to school, since you skipped school for five days!,” Mom said. I laughed, “Mom, course I want to go to school! Plus, I need to see my friends, and tell them something! Really badly..” I said, excitedly. She laughed and went inside the car. I went inside and put on my seat belt, and so did my mom. So, she kept on driving, and I checked all my homework I did over the cruise. Man, was that hard! It was like, fifty homework an hour! But.. to tell you the truth, it was only one homework per hour. After I checked, I looked to see if my pink razor was still in my backpack. Yes, it was. “Cindy” my mom said, “Come on, we’re already at school. Are you daydreaming again?” I answered, “Nope. Just checking if I have all my stuff in my backpack.” Then, I grabbed my backpack and headed for the school front door. There, I met Alexandra and Haylee. My two best friends in the entire world. “Cindy,” Haylee said, “How was your trip?” Alexandra winked, then replied, “Haylee, I’m sure that she had a nice cruise. Why wouldn’t she?” Then, while they were talking, I spotted Brad, yes, I know, maybe it’s what you call ‘weird’ but he really is cute! But he's really annoying. He kinda thinks he's all that. I used to like this guy, Tom. I still do, but he moved. “Hey, Cindy,” Brad said. I gave a nervous answer and said, “Hey..” Then he left. Alexandra and Haylee ran over here. Alexandra said, “Come on, Cindy! You got to tell him sometime!” Haylee nodded and said, “Yeah, Alexandra’s right. You got to tell him! Otherwise, we’ll tell him.” Alexandra looked at Haylee in a very awkward look. I gave them a weird look and asked them, “Are you guys going to go in or what? We’re going to be late you know..” They looked at me then at each other and said at the same time, “LATE!” So I watched them walking fast right to the school door and I laughed and went inside. I went to my locker and put in my backpack and put the cell phone into my pocket. Then, my phone beeped. I looked at the phone and it said, “Meet me and Alexandra at the school cafeteria! Didn’t you say you had something to tell us?” Then I thought, “Oh yeah! The site Virtual!” and then, I walked to the school cafeteria and saw Alexandra and Haylee sitting. “So,” Haylee said, “What did you want to tell us?” Alexandra said, “Yeah, I’m really excited to hear it, of course, if it’s good.” Then I sighed and said, “Look on your phones.” Haylee and Alexandra got out their phones. Alexandra looked at hers and this is what it said: “You know when I got on the cruise? Well, they showed me an awesome game called Virtual. No worries, I already made you an account. Your username is: AlexandraD_5597 and your password is: BestFriendsForLife” I looked at Alexandra’s face and she was very excited! Then I looked at Haylee’s face and I saw she was still reading. And this is what I sent her: “You know when I got on the cruise? Well, they showed me an awesome game called Virtual. No worries, I already made you an account. Your username is: HayleeW_121996 and your password is: BestFriendsForever” Then, I looked at Haylee again and she was excited! Then Alexandra said, “Cindy, do you have an account? And if you do, are you rich on there?” Haylee said, “Yeah.. What she said!” I laughed and said, “Yup! I do! And yes, I am very rich. I also got furniture for you on there, so your rich too! I told you, don’t worry.” They both gasped. I was just there smiling about Virtual. “So you mean..” Haylee said. “Yup!” I said, “We’re rich, and we’re the most popular girls in Virtual. And, we’ve been here since day one!” Alexandra looked confused and said, “But we just heard about it, and, Virtual opened a week ago, right?” I answered, “Right, but when I heard about it, I would an account for you guys!” We all laughed and headed to class. After we all headed to class, I heard a snore. I looked behind me and saw Tom snoring. I tapped his desk, and he woke up. “What just happened?..” Tom said, “Tom, what’s the capital of Idaho?,” Mrs. Blossum said. Tom immediately said, “Boise!” She looked suspicious and said, “That’s right. Now sit down..” He looked nervous and sat down. I smiled and laughed. Then, Mrs. Blossum said, “Okay, social studies is over, time for the spelling test, and if you don’t get it in a minute, you’ll stay behind for Gym!” I looked nervous and got my loose-leaf piece of paper out, and numbered it one to fifty. She said, “This time, you’ll have to spell the capitals, good luck! Oh and, it doesn’t matter, just write all the capitals down, please.” So then, I tried to remember all the capitals, and at least, I was finished.. What’s fifty? Hmm.. Oh man! fifty states AND capitals are all hard to spell and memorize. But I had a feeling something was wrong. Wrong, I tell you! Ahhh.. Then I just turned in my paper.. she smiled and putted in her “folder.” Well, that’s what my teacher says it. Ring! Ring! Ring! I heard a tired voice saying, “Is school over?..” Everyone laughed. Hehes, hahas, and some kids were laughing so hard, some people were choking on themselves! I just gave a small giggle. Then my teacher hushed the class. Oh I forgot! I forgot to tell you everyone in my class! Here it is: Haylee, Alexandra, Cindy, Gabriella, Steve, Tom, Willy, Sam, Brian, Timmy, Lee, Ali, Peter, and last, but not least, Mary. There were fourteen kids in my class. Seven girls and boys. This time, we had a small class. Usually we would have like thirty kids in my entire class. We only had like.. one pre-k, two kindergarten, two first grade, two second grade, one third grade, one fourth, one fifth, two sixth and that’s all the way we go. I was in eight grade, and everything was pretty cool. Homework is pretty hard, but you’ll get used to it. We learned states and capitals before, but I guess it’s just a review for Social Studies, I think. Almost some people had crushes, me, Haylee and Alexandra had them, too. Well, at least Alexandra and I did. Alexandra liked Sam. But.. so far, I don’t like anyone, nobody. Nobody, exact. My crush from fourth grade moved to a different school, for no reason. I was pretty sad, but it wasn’t anything important, at least to me. So I guess Alexandra, right now, likes Sam. He was okay, he’s just a friend of mine. Alexandra wasn’t a coocoo about him, too. So, we went to the next quarter, art class! Ah! My favorite class in the entire school. I was the best drawer in class, but all I could draw was anime. They had big eyes.. I find it offensive when people make weird comments on my drawings, but they still say I draw the best because well.. they draw stick figures, or just like little triangles as bodies, and well, something like Blues Clues when I was little! Oh I can’t believe I still remember that. No offense, but that looks kind of weird once they make like triangle bodies.. In art, we made Valentine’s cards because it was near Valentine’s day. How romantic! Though I don’t like the kissing and stuff like that. Ack! That’s like for.. eighteen years old people! Well, on the front cover I made it say, “Happy Valentine’s Day!” then I got a piece of tape and then.. BUMP! I fell on the hard, white floor, and looked up. I saw Tom! My crush that moved away! He held out his hand and I grabbed it and that’s what you call, helping people up.. I said, “Tom! Is that you? Are you back?” He gave a little giggle and said, “Yup, hehe. I am!” He gave me a friendly hug. I blushed.. I went back to my table, with tape, and taped candy inside. I told everyone at my table, "Tom's back! Tom's back!" And everyone was screaming. I think everyone in my class knew, when I screamed. Everyone was crowding around him saying things like, "Tom! Your back!" "Oh my goodness! Tom's back!" "Tom, how did you get here?" "When did you get here?" He was smiling and I think he was waving for help, I don't know. With me, the only person, not crowding him. I bet that was a huge help. I went near my locker and Tom was right behind me, trying to find his locker. He ran up to me and asked, "Do you know where my locker is?" I startled, but pointed to the locker near mind. I guess we were locker-buddies, hehe. He also said, "Cindy, you do know that.." but then Haylee and Alexandra came over and gave a giggle. They said, "Tom! Your back! How'd you get here?" Then he smiled and said, "Well..I just went back to this school. My parents had no where to go. No where to stay." Then Haylee asked, "Hey Tom, can we grab Cindy for a bit?" He got a sad face but then smiled and said, "Sure.." They both pulled me back and said, "This is the last moment to tell Tom that you like him!" I looked behind Haylee and Alexandra and blushed, because he was waving at me once he saw me. I said, "No, I can't. It's gonna be embarressing. I mean, seriously. He just got back. And plus, he might tell the entire school.." They both looked at each other and agreed. And then, once school was over. I just grabbed my coat and backpack and left. Tom was running after me, and said, "Cindy, I have to tell you something some time, is there a time your not busy?" I went halfway into my car and said, "Sure. On April third." It was like March twenty-fifth. It was really cool. Because, April third is the day before my birthday, and on my birthday, is the day before Tom's birthday. His birthday is April fifth. Hah, weird huh? I rushed home, through the door and went on Virtual. I typed in, "prettybellepp4497" and then typed my password. I called on a two-way phonecall and said, "Haylee, Alexandra.. you on Virtual?" They both answered yes. I went on. BOOM! It was done fast. I went to my mansion on Virtual. You can make your own rooms, just in seperate rooms and a click of a teleporter. Too bad you actually have to earn virtual money to earn virtual things. I got rare stuff, beta stuff, and I was there on the first day of it started. Right now, it's a month after it started. The rare, beta stuff were gone after the first day. I had ALL the costumes. I was the richest one in virtual, no offense. Alexandra and Haylee were the two second ones, there's two of everything, just except first. I was a staff, too. I was popular and rich, but I didn't really mind. I love giving help to other people. My mansion looked like a mansion, and had a hundred rooms! A hundred rooms! That's pretty alot. Each room costed like two-thousand dollars. It's alot. I looked at my mansion, checking if everything was right. Haylee, on the phone said, "Cindy, me and Alexandra are coming over. Get ready!" When she says that, that means that you better be getting our favorite chairs and food ready. I always get the chairs and food ready, but then I saw a boy come in. Then I got a call from Tom. He said, "Hey Cindy. I want to show you something, it's called Virtual. I'm at a girl's house, but no relationship I guess.." My eyes went big. A boy's at my house, he continued, "And her name is prettybellep." I blinked. That was me. I answered, "Tom, that's me. I play virtual, too." It was a minute of silence then he answered, "Wow. I was about to show you it.." I answered yup and became friends with him on Virtual. It was a moment of fun. Then Haylee and Alexandra came over to my house, through the door. I canceled Tom's phone call, well because, we didn't really need it. Then I continued on Haylee and Alexandra's phone. I said, "Tom plays virtual, too." They both gasped. We chatted and chatted, and I guess Haylee and Alexandra was used to Virtual, now. It was like nine o'clock. I had to go to sleep for school. So I went to sleep. About nine hours later, it was morning. Then I remembered, yesterday, in the morning, I already saw Tom. Must've forgot..Well, no wonder. Anyway, I went on to put on my clothes, brush my teeth, and eat eggs in the morning, as usual. I got my backpack and headed to school. I went into my mom's convertible, and then we drove to school, just like any ordinary day. I found my locker, punched in the numbers, and my locker opened. I grabbed my books, and my journal, and a notebook. I grabbed all those things, again, and put them in my backpack. When I closed my locker, sparkles were on top of me. I looked to the right, no one. I looked to the left, and saw Tom. He threw some confetti on me! I was laughing and he was smiling. Then he gave me a note and said, "Open this in a month, okay?" I nodded yes, and went to my class. I was wondering, "What was inside there? Is it a bad note? Is it for me?" and then sat down near my two best friends, Haylee and Alexandra. A couple hours of school later, when school was done, I walked home. I opened the front door, and then closed it once I got in. I saw a note on the table saying, "Cindy, it's your mom. I'm doing groceries, and I'll be back soon. Have fun with your friends! Oh and, invite them over. I made all of your favorites! -Mom" I sighed, and then smiled and said, "Thanks mom! I'll invite them over for sure!" And then I headed to my room, got my cell phone, and called both Haylee and Alexandra. I said, "Hey Alexandra, Haylee, can you come over here?" Haylee answered, "Sure! Just let me get my mom!" And Alexandra replied, "Sure! My mom let's me do anything today." Then after I heard Haylee coming back and she said yes, I said, "Bring a laptop! We're going to play Virtual!" They both giggled and said, "Exactly." And we all hung up. A couple minutes later, seemed like ten minutes because they lived sort of near and away from me. Haylee is five minutes away, Alexandra ten. Ding-dong! Haylee was here! At least I thought. I opened the door and saw Haylee. Yay! She was here.. with her own laptop! I said, "Come on in!" And she smiled and went in. She opened the laptop and turned it on, while I was cooking her favorite dinner. Done, in five minutes. Ding-dong! I opened the door and it was Alexandra. She came in. I went back to the kitchen and cooked Alexandra's favorite dinner. Haylee was already on Virtual. Me and Alexandra went on our laptops, and went on Virtual. I checked my mansion, it was good. Nothing wrong. I went and followed Haylee and Alexandra. They both were in the same room, and that room was Haylee's room. We were chatting and having fun, then Ding-Dong! I opened the door in real life, not in Virtual. I saw Tom, and he said, "Can I come in?" And everyone was yelling, "Yeah!" or "Yes!" And he just had an awkward look on his face and then sat down. I said, "Are you hungry?" He nodded no. He putted his laptop on the table, and then there was four laptops on the table. I went back to Virtual, and Tom was right there, in Haylee's room. He said, "Belle, can we talk for a bit? In private?" Yeah, belle, prettybellep. Same thing, just different names. It's just like shorting it out. I typed, "Sure. Mine or your room?" He typed back, "Mine." I looked at him, across the laptop. He had a worried face. He went away, back to his room, and I followed him. He typed, "Belle, open the note.." I looked confused and said, "What note?" He typed in, "The paper I gave you." But then I said, "It isn't a month yet." He said, "The note inside the note." So in real life, I gave him the note so I couldn't see, and he gave me the note back, folded, and gave me the note inside the note. I opened it, there was a diamond ring. I looked back at him, and Haylee and Alexandra was staring at me. They both said, "Cindy, what happened?" I said, "Tom.. I can't take this.." He said, "Yes, you can. It's your birthday present." I had little tears, in my eyes. I putted it on. I said, "Thank..you.." And then I ran to him and hugged him. Alexandra said, "Tom, are you blushing?" And his face turned redder. He replied, "What? No!" And then I went to my laptop and played Virtual, again. On virtual, I saw a ring on my finger. The same finger that I put my diamond ring on. Wow! A magical ring? Wait, let me click on the ring. It says, "Disney Virtual Ring. Really rare. Only one person in the entire world has it." I gasped, and I saw Tom leaving. He waved bye and smiled and said, "See you tomorrow, on Monday." Alexandra and Haylee looked at me again and said, "Cindy..What did he give you?" I said, "Magical ring. A one person ring. A ring of all rings in Virtual." They both gasped and sooner or later, it was dark in the noon and Alexandra said, "We better be home. Our mom's might kill us! Today is a school night, got to sleep early." And Haylee nodded and they both said bye. I waved at them. And I went into my pajamas and brushed my teeth, and went to bed. A couple hours later, I woke up. I got dressed, brush my teeth and ate breakfast. Cereal and milk. And a little cupcake. I grabbed my backpack and looked at my ring while I was walking to school. It was a beautiful ring, a beautiful diamond ring. I went and opened the door, and it shut carefully behind me. I went straight to my locker and opened it, I saw a note and it said, "Meet me at my house! Haylee will be there, too! -Alexandra" I put the note inside my backpack. I grabbed a little sticky note and wrote: Meet at Alexandra's house today" and putted in my pocket. Couple hours of school, I went back home, I got my laptop back, and went on Virtual. I thought of joining a Anti-Taken club, where your against taken and stuff like that. I don't like the whole taken thing, I think it's really gross. And then our first mission: close down a taken room. I went to a taken room, and then tried to talk them out of the thing. Then, I met this girl and she was like, "I hate my friend!" Or something like that, and her name was "rocker_chik". Right in the bold! She was really nice, and was against taken, but her friend said that she can't get a boy, and wanted to prove him wrong! I thought that was okay, she was nice and all. I mean like, I bet she won't talk about it much, because she's trying to prove her friend wrong. I said, "I'll help you!" and then we started to be friends. It was night time and she typed, and I saw on the screen her saying, "I got to go. Bye!" And she left. I ate dinner, brushed my teeth, and went to bed. Today wasn't a bad day, after all. I woke up. It was six-thirty in the morning. I got a text message saying, "Cindy, Alexandra talking. You got to tell Brad that you don't like him. Yeah he's cute, but you GOT to tell him. -Alexandra" I answered, "Meet me at school, you two are coming with me" and she replied yeah. So I got on my clothes, and brushed my teeth. I went to the dining table, and ate breakfast. I grabbed my backpack. I ran off to school, and caught up with my friends. They said, "Cindy, you've got to tell Brad that you don't like him. It's making me pretty sick!" Then, Alexandra saw Sam, and said, in a nervous voice, "Hi Sam.."and he said, "Hi!" and went away happily. Then we entered the school and we heard a loud speaker speaking, saying, "Attention Students! This is Principle Wikam. Tomorrow is the school dance. Please find some friends to go along with you. Thank you." And we all looked at each other and cheered. I looked at Alexandra and Haylee and Alexandra said, "Do you know what I'm thinking?" Haylee said, "Not really..?" And I looked at Haylee and said, "Shopping Time right after school! I mean, I am pretty much saving money. So far I got ten-thousand in my own bank account. I knew that Haylee and Alexandra had like five-thousand dollars in their bank accounts, so I didn't push it far. Alexandra said, "I could spend like, five-hundred dollars." And Haylee agreed, and I did too. So, right after school, I packed up my books, notebooks, and other school supplies, and then closed my locker. Then I saw Tom and Brad on a side of me. Then Tom said, "Hey Cindy, umm.. you know that dance?" And I said, "Yeah.." Then Brad just shouted out, "Could you go with me, Cindy?" I was shocked after he said it. I was saying, "I was going to the dance with my friends. I'm not planning to go with anyone else, besides Haylee and Alexandra, wait..Tom, you want to join our group?" He gladly said, "Sure. I don't mind." And I smiled. I went near Alexandra and Haylee and Brad ran up to me and said, "Why not me? He's the dork." I stepped on his foot and said, "No, he's not. He's my friend."I ignored him and went near my friends, and Tom said, "Where you going?" We all answered, "The Mall!" And he said, "Oh.." Then I answered, yup, and then I whispered to Alexandra saying, "I wonder if Sam's going to ask you" and she was like, "No way! I'm not going anymore else without my friends." And then Sam just said, "Hey, can I join this friends group? I got no where to go." Alexandra said, "Yes!" and me and Haylee giggled. So then, Me, Alexandra, and Haylee went to the mall. We went to this store called "J-14." It was a prom store, it had everything you needed for a prom. I picked out a beautiful, wedding dress like, but it was pink. Haylee got a green dress that was up to her knees, and Alexandra got a purple dress. Each one of our dresses had two layers. One plain one on the bottom, and a see through layer on the top. It was really pretty! I got this purse, and it was pink heart shaped one. Haylee got a green shell shaped one, and Alexandra got purple purse that was shaped like a heart, too. We all went to the shoes section. I got pink high heels. Haylee got green ballet-like shoes, but it's hardened. Alexandra got purple high heels. We all went to the hair section, some stuff for your hair. I got a lot of stuff that were pink. Haylee got alot of green, and Alexandra purple. We all were full of shopping bags! We put them in my mom's car, and we drove home. We opened the door, and my mom shut it. I got a note from the mailman and I opened the note saying, "School Prom-at 6:00-7:00 PM" and me and my best friends were screaming. Haylee and Alexandra called their moms if they could sleep over, and both of them said yes, because tomorrow was Saturday, and we didn't have school. So during the time, we played Virtual. We had fun playing for two hours, till it was lunch time. Mom made us our favorites, as usual. She always makes our favorites when we ask for them, but this time, she added cookies. After lunch, it was four o'clock. And usually, it takes us two hours to get ready. You know girls.. I said, "Haylee, you take the Guest Room restroom and get ready in there. Alexandra, my mom's room. I'll be in my room getting ready. Okay?," and everyone nodded. So I went and took a thirty minute shower, and then I put on my pink dress. I put twenty dollars in my purse, and lip gloss. I put on my lip gloss, and put on my high heels. I dried my hair, and brushes it. I put a little heart-shaped necklace I bought a long time ago. I got my purse, and held it. I turned off the bathroom lights, and waited for Haylee and Alexandra. After an hour, they were done. Haylee in green, Alexandra in purple, they were really pretty! I waited for Tom and Sam to arrive. Ding-Dong! Tom said, "Ready to get into the limo?" Then my mom shouted out, "Wait! I need to take a picture!" She smiled, and we all went inside the house, my mom said, "Haylee, Cindy, Alexandra, put on these flowers while I get the camera." I putted the flowers on and smiled. It was beautiful, and we all got in one big group and we all took a picture. We got into the limo. Alexandra, Haylee, and I were sitting near each other, while Tom and Sam were sitting on the other side. Ten minutes later, we arrived at school. We walked towards, and the door automatically opened. And then we all heard a loud noise saying, "Please vote for Prom Queen and King." and we all voted. I was sitting down, drinking punch. Then Sam asked Alexandra to dance, and she was over excited. Me and Haylee was watching her dancing with Sam. Then Haylee said, "What a happy ending.." and me and Tom agreed. Then an annoncment said, "Prom Queen and King are in. There are three for each." So, they said, "Prom Queens are: Alexandra, Haylee, and Cindy. Please come up." And we heard everyone clapping. The popular girls were really mad, because they wanted to be prom queen. Then we heard an annocment saying, "Prom Kings: Tom, Sam, and..Brad." Everyone was clapping and it continued saying, "Please come up." Me, Alexandra and Haylee got our crowns. And Tom, Sam, and Brad got their king crown. Each crown was different, never the same. Then, Sam asked Alexandra to dance, and she agreed. Me and Haylee were watching everyone dancing, and it was so romantic. I thought to myself, "Could this be the time to tell Tom I like him?" I reached into my purse and texted message Haylee what I thought and she said, "Yes! Go for it!" And I got Alexandra, and she said the same thing. I said, "Tom, can we talk for a bit?" And he nodded. We went into a private room, and Brad followed us, and I started it out with, "Tom..I..I..I.." And he said, "Cindy, I like you.." Then I was shocked and I said, "Me..me..me too." And both of us hugged. Brad suddenly said, "Tom, get out. She's mine!" And I said, "Brad, that's enough. I like Tom, not you. Get out!" And he got out. I got Haylee and Alexandra, told them the news, and they were happy. Then Sam said, "Alexandra..I really like you." Alexandra smiled and said, "I always knew this would happen." and hugged him. We all went, "aww.." except for Alexandra and Sam. So, after the prom, Sam gave Alexandra a hug, and Tom gave me a hug, and we wished them a good night, and a good year. We went Virtual and played for a long time. Then we got sleepy, and guess what we dreamed about? Our night at the dance. And that's is what, if What if.. what if we didn't play virtual. We wouldn't be happy, nor get this to happen. And this, this..This was the end of the story. The End. Summer Vacation- Summer Vacation By Cindy Nguyen Summary from What If.. and Camp Grey Today was the last day of school! Right after the prom. The next day, it was very last day of school. Imagine, going to friends’ house a lot, anytime you want! The prom was great! The dress I still keep. Haylee and Alexandra still has theirs’. They look fantastic, too! I still like Tom, and Alexandra still likes Sam. Haylee likes no one, for right now. It doesn’t mean she doesn’t like anyone her entire life, though! Ring! We had to pack our stuff, and guess what? No homework till five more months! Most school gives you like three months summer vacation. But no, to us! We are different, and proud! Five months of summer vacation! Tom and Sam were walking near us, they’re our new best friends. But, just the boy parts. We don’t do everything with them, we just hang out with them like any friends do. Haylee felt pretty down. She had no one to spend time with, since me and Alexandra were always hanging with Tom or Sam. I asked her, “Are you okay?” She smiled and said, “Sure.” Alexandra said, “Are you sure? You look pretty down.” Haylee sighed and said, “Fine. I’ll tell you.” Me and Alexandra high fived. Haylee continued, “I don’t have any one to hang out with, since both of you have someone to hang out with.” I looked at Alexandra awkwardly. I said, “Haylee. I’m really sorry! I’ll stop hanging out with Tom, if you want.” Alexandra nodded and said, “Yeah! We’re always their for you when you need us. You just need to give us a little alarm!” I smiled and said, “Haylee, your our best friend. You can tell us some secrets.” She smiled and said, “Sure.” I said, “Well, I got to go to continue packing my stuff for the Last Day Of School!” Everyone cheered! Haylee said, “I cannot believe it’s the last day of school!” Alexandra said, “Imagine it! Swimming. Playing. Outdoors. Everything!” I packed my books, school supplies, and got the pictures and magnets from my locker. I smiled at Tom and said, who was right besides me, “Do you need help?” I started picking at his stuff and handed it to him. He said, “Thanks. For everything.” I smiled. “Sure,” I replied. I thought, ‘Oh geez! This is really heavy!’ I said, “Everyone, before we go, can we have like a little year book? And everyone signs it?” The teacher answered sure, and everyone came rushing at me. I don’t know why, but I guess Me, Alexandra, and Haylee were popular. I don’t know, but it was a thought. I had twenty-six signatures saying, “Have a good year!” or “Bye!” then left their name on their, or just have their plain name on there. I got a sharpie and flipped to the front cover and wrote, on the top, in cursive, “Cindy’s Yearbook” and I thought it was neat. Everyone either wrote theirs in print or cursive, nothing else. I bet Haylee wrote in print, in lowercases, and probably Alexandra in cursive. Then, I thought of something new. Why not? This is your yearbook, I thought. Then I put on the page where everyone signed, in my book, YCindyY. I thought putting a heart near a name would be fancy. Fancy indeed it became. Someone yelled, “Look at Cindy’s book!” and everyone rushed over again, and looked at my yearbook with hearts all over. I was standing proud and confident. All the girls copied me, of course. When I signed my signature, there would be a heart new it. Because everyone rushed over, and signed, and everyone was still busy signing and stuff I though I would draw something. Something simple to remember. So, I drew a bunch of houses. It was not just ordinary houses, they were beautiful houses. B It was probably the beautiful patch of houses I ever made like that. I would usually rush, and never have time. I thought, ‘Maybe Summer Vacation is gonna be all good. No badness!’ I smiled. It took me a minute. Even though I drew anime pictures, it took me like ten minutes, it was pretty good to me. I don’t really put effort into my drawings. I didn’t do it to this one, either. But, it might be good for my brother’s birthday. My brother’s birthday was June twenty-eighth. Today was June first. I took out my crafting supplies at home, when I got there. My brother was playing video games, as any little toddler would do. I made a blue card, since blue was his favorite color. I got some stars, boy-like sports equipment, and some boy things they would like. I had to have my dad help me, because I’m not a boy. He suggested some video games on the front cover, inside, put inside a little tiny box, and put inside there twenty dollars. It was the perfect gift. I invited Haylee and Alexandra over, and they asked their parents. Their parents said okay. Since it was just four o’clock! They had to go at five o’clock though. They said they would bring their laptops, and I knew they were. Tom called and said he was coming over too, and Alexandra said that Sam wants to come, too. I said he could come, and it would be okay. Then, DING-DONG! I opened the door, and saw Alexandra, Tom, and Sam. I didn’t see Haylee. I said, “come on in!” I smiled, but still was curious about Haylee. Everyone got up their laptops, and Alexandra screamed out, “Sam, you play Virtual?” in a never-knowing kind of way. DING-DONG. I saw Haylee, and some other guy, I told them come on in, and they came right in. They were smiling, and laughing and whispered to Alexandra, “you know him?” She nodded no. I wasn’t afraid of asking. So I asked. “Haylee, who is that?”, I sighed and continued, “Do we know him?” He laughed and said, “Course you don’t!” She continued, while we were in our seats curiously listening. She said, “I met Zac--” and then I said, “Your name is Zac?” He nodded yes. She coughed and said, “Yes. His name is Zac. I was walking to your house, Cindy, since my parents won’t let me get a car now, even though I’m sixteen. I have to walk. So I did, and I was looking at the ground, then I bumped. I bumped into Zac, and there so I met him.” I nodded and smiled. I said, “Oh.. nice to meet you Zac!” He smiled. I sat near Tom, Alexandra near Sam, and Haylee near Zac. When it was time for a little snack, all I could hear was Haylee and Zac laughing and talking loudly. I said, “Zac, you play Virtual?” His face lit up when I said, ‘Virtual.’ He answered, “Why, yes I do.” And I said, “Great!” Then Haylee continued with a big smile, and said, “we do too! Want to be our friend?” He smiled and said, “sure.” Everyone, Tom, me, Haylee, Zac, Alexandra, and Sam were all friends. Rocker_chik was still my friend, and I still play and chat with her. I quit the computer for thirty minutes and said, “Alright! I’m going to take a swim in the backyard. Anyone coming?” Everyone said “me!” And I said, “Umm..Can everyone kinda..bring their swimsuits?” And I saw everyone else’s face turn red. I said, “What about I go shopping?” Everyone told me their size, and I bought them all sizes of swimsuits, or trunks. When I got home, a minute later, because Lat Ti, a store that sounds pretty weird, is right across the street. Everyone loved their swimsuits. I said, “Ladies first” and giggled. I put on my swimsuits, and Haylee and Alexandra did too in the restrooms. I had a beach kind of swimsuits, where you can just lay on the beach with a swimsuit on. Alexandra and Haylee were better at me for swimming, so they swam. I got out of the restrooms, and the boys went in after. Zac is two years old than Haylee, and she’s sixteen. Tom and Sam were one year older than us. We swam for thirty minutes, and Haylee, Alexandra, Tom, Sam, and Zac all had to go. I said, “See you tomorrow! Hey Zac, where you go to school?” He said, “I’ll tell you guys later, I got to go before I get yelled at!” and he was quick as a firefly zooming in the air. I said, “Haylee.. this is the right one for you!” I smiled. I went to brush my teeth, and after that, I went to sleep. I was dreaming, dancing in the ballroom. With my crush, Tom. And then I hear laughter, and see Haylee and Zac. Alexandra and Sam joins to dance. We were all dancing except Haylee and Zac. Me and Alexandra kept on whispering, “Haylee!” And I said, “Haylee’s leaving us out! How could she?” It was a terrible nightmare! I woke up. BEEP BEEP! Six-thirty. I sighed, and turned off the alarms. I went near my wardrobe and wore a purple, sparkly top. I got a sparkly purple headband, and then got on some short jeans, and purple and white tennis shoes. I got on my shell earings. I met up with Haylee and Alexandra at Geneve Park. Then, I saw Zac. I said, “Zac joining us?” Haylee nodded. Me and Alexandra sighed. Alexandra said, “Can me and Cindy have a private talk? You two go and.. laugh.” Haylee said, “okay” and Zac did too, and while we walked over, I stared at them laughing and talking. ‘What happened to Haylee?’ I thought. Alexandra started, and said, “Something’s wrong. Really wrong.” I sighed and said, “I know! She’s almost.. no, always talking or laughing with Zac.” Alexandra continued and said, “Exactly. We need to spend time with her. Or else..” I gasped, and said, “Or else she won’t be our friend anymore!” Alexandra nodded and I looked at Haylee. I was worried. We walked back to Haylee and Zac. I whispered, “Should we tell them?” Alexandra nodded no. Haylee said, “Tell us what?” We said, “Later. You’ll see.” Haylee looked awkward, and confused at us. I was having a feeling Zac knew. I looked behind, and saw Timmy. Timmy was a boy that had a crush on Haylee, but she never knew, and I said, “Excuse me.” I walked over to Timmy. I said, “Hurtful, huh?” He nodded. He sighed and said, “I’ll never get Haylee to like me. Never.” And walked away sadly. I was just staring at him as he left. I walked back to the crowd. I whispered to Alexandra, “Timmy really likes Haylee. Haylee is hanging out with Zac. Should we do something?” Alexandra looked overwhelmed. She whispered back, “Totally! Zac is like, pulling Haylee away. We can’t lose our best friend. Timmy is more our like than Zac. Zac has a huge laughing problem.” I nodded. I said, “Well. I’m going to swim. Anyone coming?” Alexandra said she wanted to. Haylee and Zac were talking, and didn’t hear. They both giggled, again. My face got red and mad. I said, “Haylee!” Haylee still didn’t stop talking to Zac. I stomped away. Alexandra, still in the crowd said, “HAYLEE!” And Haylee and Zac got their attention. She sighed and said, “This is getting bad. Very bad.” Haylee said, “What’s bad?” Alexandra sighed again, and left. Haylee was totally out of subject. She tried to run after us, but Zac grabbed her wrist and held her back. I was at home, putting on a summery, flowery, dress. Knock-knock. I opened the door and saw Tom. With some chocolates. He smiled. I said, “Chocolate?” He nodded and said, “If that’s okay with you.” I smiled and said yeah. We both sat down and he said, “Something wrong?” I nodded and said, “Haylee’s leaving us out. Too busy with ‘Zac’” He looked worried and said, “I got a plan.” And gave me a grin. I grinned back. He told me the plan at my house. But I’m not telling anyone.. yet. I called Haylee, Tom, Alexandra, Sam, and Timmy. No Zac. I told Haylee, no. Friends only. She whined, “Why? He is a friend.” I said fine. Then I hung up. Timmy said, “Who’s coming?” I answered that simple question, “Haylee,--” and he shouted out, “Haylee?!” I sighed, and he apologized. I said no problem. I continued, “Tom, myself, Alexandra, Sam, and.. Zac. I don’t like Zac either. Neither Alexandra.” He then, accepted. I called Tom, again, and said, “The plan is working so far!” He said okay. And we both hung up. Tomorrow, was the date. Well, not a “date-date” but, a friends hang-out. It was Timmy’s turn to shine. I slept till the night was over. I woke up at nine o’clock, because ten was the right time to go. I got ready, brushed my teeth, put on a skirt, yellow tee, and yellow high heels. I set up some food, and got my picnic basket, and blanket. Yes, it was a picnic. I got a huge red and white blanket, and got some flowers. Flowers can always make anything perfect, well not everything or anything. Just some things, not everything. Then, I got my backpack. Just in case, it was just for fun probably. No wait, I looked inside my backpack and got my purse. Sparkly yellow purse. I got into my Mercedes, and went to Tom’s house. He had a blue Mercedes. The only different was, my was a convertible. His was just ordinary. Alexandra had an Lexis. The color was silver. Haylee had a Beetle. It was lime green. No, not the bug beetle. The car Beetle. I drove along the coastline, because our town was near the Sunny Beaches. The wind was fine. I think it was seventy-eight degrees. Not bad. I drove to the shores of Sunny Beach. I set down the picnic blanket and set up the food. Tom got out the plastic silverware. I thanked him and waited. It was quiet until I said, “Umm.. How you doing so far, Tom?” He smiled and said, “Good. I’m having a good summer. With you.” I smiled, that was probably the sweetest thing he ever said, besides the other sweet things. I said, “Thanks. For everything.” He said, “No problem.” We watched the sunny shores, no wonder it was called Sunny Beach. I leaned on his shoulder. After a couple minutes later, Alexandra arrived. Alexandra and Sam, on Sam’s truck. Well, I saw Sam carrying desserts, just like I asked him too. But I was expecting Alexandra to carry them, it’s kind of weird for me for a boy to carry something usually girls would carry. But oh well. I giggled. We all build a big sand castle, because we were waiting for Haylee and Zac. I looked everywhere for Timmy, and then I saw him walking on the beach. He sat down near Sam, and greeted everyone. Couple minutes later, we finished building our sand castle, and Timmy put down the drinks he got for everyone. He had a special pink cup, just for Haylee, I bet. I asked, “What’s the pink cup for?” His face turned red and said, “Haylee.” We all laughed and I said, “Your secret is fine with us. We’ve been friends for like.. a long time.” And Alexandra nodded. He smiled and soon, near the sunset, I said, “Let’s all take a picture! Since it is almost the sunset, and we’re bored to death.” Everyone agreed and I said, “Timmy, will you take the picture?” He said “sure.” I walked over near the sunset and put my arms around Alexandra and Tom. I smiled. Click, click click! Timmy yelled out, “DONE!” And we all ran. Then I heard laughing. I turned around and Haylee was holding hands with Zac. I looked at Timmy’s face and he was looking at Haylee and Zac holding hands. I put my hand on his shoulder and said, “You okay?” He nodded yeah. I said to Haylee, in a firm voice saying, “Why are you late? We’ve planned this an hour ago.” Haylee said, “What plan? I didn’t plan anything here. So, I called Zac and I asked him to go to the beach.” Alexandra said, “This is final.” Haylee rolled her eyes and said, “Final?” I stood up and said, “Let’s just eat. I’m starving.” Everyone nodded. But Haylee was just laughing. We ate till thirty more minutes. It was getting dark. But not too much. The sky was just orange, red, and maybe a little yellow. I went into my convertible Mercedes. Tom opened the door for me, like any gentlemen would. I went on aim when I got home, and text messaged Alexandra for about an hour. We both talk a lot. Haylee got on. There was two separate rooms, though. We could make it into two if we wanted too, or we could just have two chat rooms. I went on the Alexandra13651 chat room, which is Alexandra and mine only, and typed, “Haylee is overloading right now.” I waited for a minute, because Alexandra was a little slower of a typer compared to me, and then it popped up. It said, “Totally. She been doing overload with Zac. I mean, it’s like she’s under a spell or something. She should be with Timmy. He is kinda cute.” I thought and thought. I typed and said, “Maybe he isn’t that cute, but he is okay. He is perfect for Haylee. He’s sweet, kind, and gentle.” It just went up, because it was just a one word answer. “Yeah.” Then the other screen, HxAxC237. It’s for Haylee, Alexandra, and me. Just us. No one else. At least it was what I thought. We all greeted and Haylee’s greet was, “HI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” Course, I hate too much explanation marks. I said, “Hi.. Haylee?” Alexandra said Hi just like me. But just plain hi. Then, something else popped up on that screen. It said, “Zac135”. Zac135 said, “Hi! It’s me Zac!” I sighed, in real life, and typed out, “THAT IS IT!” And then I logged out. I went on virtual, to calm my nerves down. I met with Rocker_chik. I thought probably Alexandra and Haylee were on the chat, but they weren’t. Well, at least not Alexandra. I turned logged off Virtual as soon as I saw Haylee’s and Zac’s name. The next day, Haylee called me and I hung up when she said, “hello.” I called Alexandra, and I told her to talk to Haylee about the entire “Zac” thing. But she had a better idea. She told me the idea, and it starts tomorrow. I went over to Alexandra’s house as soon as possible. I called Timmy. And Alexandra told Haylee. I talked to Timmy, saying, “Hey! Can you come to the Ai Café, tomorrow?” and he said, “sure. Who’s coming?” I took a deep breathe, and bit my lip. I breathed out and said, “Everyone but Zac.” I had to lie. He said okay and I hung up. I ran upstairs, and accidentally ran into Alexandra. We both landed into the floor. I put my hand onto my forehead. We both said ow, then laughed. I helped her up, and she said, “Haylee said okay.” I nodded and said, “The fun’s already started.” I slept, and slept till it was ten. I pretty much played virtual the entire day, until six. Then, when it was six, we all got into “unordinary” clothes, and went to the Ai Café. I got a table for four, and Haylee, Timmy, and Alexandra was there. We all sat down, and ordered our food, but pretty much, Alexandra and I just ordered drinks. I started off with an excuse, “I have to go. My mom said I have to go. Sorry!” And I ran outside, but spied on them. I heard Alexandra say, “I do too. My mom is so gonna kill me!” And she ran outside near me. We heard Timmy said, “Well.. I guess it’s just you and me.” Haylee nodded and said, “I wonder where everyone else was.” Timmy answered, “I sure wonder. They might be busy just like Cindy and Alexandra, were.” Haylee smiled and said, “Wow. I never thought of that.” Me and Alexandra were spying on them until it was eight. Oh geez. What that long! And I thought it would only last for a couple of minutes. So, after they headed out, Timmy drove Haylee home. We went home, and slept. We did want to stay late, but staying out there for two hours straight was tiring and boring! We spied on them for two minutes. Thank goodness it was only two. Everything went out fine. There was no kissing. Gross! No, there was only pretty much laughing. They hugged each other bye, and Haylee went into the door, we hid behind the bushes so Timmy wouldn’t see us. Timmy stopped, smiled, and went into his car, and drove home. We drove home, and I slept over at Alexandra’s. We had so much fun, but pretty much at ten, we fell asleep. It was so tiring! Boring, too. Nothing was fun. Tomorrow, we went on the beach with Tom and Sam, and we saw Timmy and Haylee on the beach, holding hands. The only part was that I didn’t see Haylee with Zac. He was having fun with Timmy, even though he wasn’t Zac. I high-fived Alexandra! We both giggled. We signaled Tom and Sam. The signal meant, come on! We got to go! We don’t want to ruin this moment! We all ran to the side of the beach, close but not too close to Haylee and Timmy. We saw them sit down, and Haylee leaned over Timmy, and we got to far, because we heard Timmy and Haylee talking, but don’t know exactly what they were talking about. I heard someone say, “I” and then “really” and then “you”. I whispered to everyone, very loudly, “They said, ‘I, really, and you’!” Everyone whispered to each other. I gathered everything I knew. I said, “Timmy likes Haylee.” Sam said, “What’s that supposed to mean?” Alexandra pointed out her finger and said, “Timmy said, I mean admitted, to Haylee that he likes her!” Tom looked smart, and said, “That’s right! He said ‘I really like you’!” I looked closer, trying to be quiet, and actually listening, unlike everyone else chatting, I heard, “too”. I quieted everyone by saying, “Shh!” Everyone was quiet then. Then, I accidentally leaned farther, and father, and I didn’t realized I was about to fall! BUMP! BEEP! DOO! Shh.. I yelled out, “OW!” And everyone, Tom, Sam, and Alexandra, ran over and checked if I was okay. Alexandra pointed, “Cindy! Your upside down!” And then Timmy and Haylee looked at each other, giggled, and ran over here. I heard Haylee’s voice saying, “Are you okay, Cindy?!” And I replied, “yeah.. I’m okay.” We all laughed and said, “You too really make a good couple!” I quietly said, “Other than that Zac..” Haylee stared at me and said, “Did you say something, Cindy?” Alexandra sighed and said, “Timmy!
