Well it seems that I have finally gotten a scanner. (For the past year this has been a problem.)
The issue is now that I have my black & white sketches on my computer, I want to be able to add color to it all. I'd use photoshop but my computer won't let me install it. gonk
So my question is:
Does anyone know of any alternative CG programs that I can install, possibably for free?
